They constantly run out of donuts. I ordered 2 dozens over the app for pick up. When I got there they told to come again next day because they are out of donuts. Do they really think I ordered 24 donuts because I need them next day??? Instead of finding any other good solution or a way to refund the money they charged for items they don’t have, they told me it’s not their problem, it’s between me and the app. What service is that?
Even though this is by far the closest Dunkin’ store to my home, I will never order from this again. And I recommend anyone who “needs” donuts to also avoid this store to not run any trouble.
I ordered on 2/28/2026 around 5pm in case management cares.
Update: to be fair and complete the picture, after I called the Dunkin’ hotline and complained,
I got a call from the store manager telling me I can come by and get the refund. So in the end I got my money refunded. The takeaway for the store is to train their staff better. The refund process was quick and seemed very straightforward. If they had just told me I can come back next day and get the refund, it would have been a completely different experience than saying “we cannot refund this, it’s not our problem, it’s between you and the app”. Also, I would have appreciated an apology for this whole annoyance.

They usually get my order correct, though the donuts are often not all the right ones. This is to be expected, however, so I have pretty much no complaints! I love their food and the specialty donuts (such as the spider) are great. The online app always meets expectations.

Frequent customer of this neighborhood Dunkin’ Donuts. The store is clean, well maintained and cozy; products and merchandise in the cooler and on the shelves are neatly organized. It has about 22 seats – not a place for a large group gathering, and can get crowded during busy hours (e.g. Saturday or Sunday morning). Store manager and staffs are friendly; service usually is quick and accurate. However, when the queue is long, the wait time definitely will go up since there might not be enough staffs working behind the counter to handle the burst load. So be patient and be courteous.

I’ve been to this Dunkin once, this review being written after the only time I have been there. On the evening on Dec 9, 2021, a simple order of an Iced Frappucino w/ Less Ice, Coconut, and Sugar with whipped cream. After looking at the picture below, you can see for yourself how horrible the service is here. I did not have any whipped cream, there wasn’t any coconut in my drink, the “sugar” was all at the bottom of my drink, and even after selecting Less Ice, the entire cup was FULL of ice.
PLEASE never go to this Dunkin ever, there are several other places to get your money’s worth. Even a 1/5 stars is being generous.
