I stopped by with my friends to get some donuts and coffee, and had a great experience. Marissa took care of us, and she was great! Very sweet and was attentive. She took our order with a smile and was very kind. I usually don’t leave reviews but the customer service was very pleasant, and that deserves to be recognized—thank you Marissa! Great food/drinks and quick service as well.

I went to this location around 840 am because it is closer to my daughters camp. I have been here in the past and the experience was sub par. Today the cashier at drive thru was very rude and had terrible customer service. I ordered 2 donuts and they were all melted and stuck to the paper. When trying to remove the paper all the icing came off. I also ordered a hot chocolate and the lady told me the machine wasn’t working. She asked me if I wanted something else. I said no. She should have refunded me, but proceeded to “make it a different way” and it was not even hot chocolate …. about half filled up with water and foam. I had to throw away…. 11$ wasted. Do not come here! Worst dunkin donuts I’ve been to.

Parking lot has no order to navigate to the driver thru. The ordered are barely right. And the one young woman on the intercom is less than pleasant.

I went to the drive thru and picked up a toasted bagel with cream cheese for my wife. This is what we got. This isn’t toasted, it’s incinerated. Obviously the employee saw this while putting cream cheese on it and gave it to me anyway, knowing I wouldn’t see it until I got home. Never coming back here again.

I absolutely loved this Dunkin until today ! This lady Tina brought her autistic daughter to work. That’s cool! However I don’t appreciate your daughter making fun of me and laughing at me and once I confront her she starts crying to mommy, first why is your child at work ?! You don’t do that. Than she came out to say I was taking pictures of her when I wasn’t I was on FaceTime with my friend showing her and it doesn’t even matter if I took pictures of her or not because it’s not illegal to take pictures of anyone !! She needs to be fired. This is not the first bad interaction I’ve had with Tina. She has gave me numerous attitudes before this because she can’t focus in the drive thru and got mad at me when I got frustrated when I had to repeat myself 10 times to her and I’m not joking.

I had to change my order after I received it due to it being made incorrectly. They fixed the problem with a slight hesitation. I did meet a friend and sit and talk at the over stuffed chairs area. The table should have been wiped and it wasn’t, so I cleaned it before sitting and chatting with a friend. If it wasn’t raining I would have visited with my friend in the parking lot.
