Customer service is HORRIBLE here. Idek where to start but I will NEVER order from here again! They sent the wrong pizzas and had no intention of making it right when I called. I will be calling corporate. Here is a pic of how one was cut too, this is ridiculous. Look closing and see how it is cut. One slice was basically the whole pizza.

I always enjoy Dominoes, however, sometimes I have more cash than I care for and want to spend it. But Dominoes doesn’t want cash anymore. Now, when they don’t want to take cash after dark, that’s understandable. But in the middle of the day at 1pm?!? For a carryout order?!? That’s just plain rude and disrespectful to the customer. And it says Dominoes is not friendly to those people who may be struggling, but still have money available. The message was that they don’t accept cash on orders more than $5. So I had to go out of my way and use up more lunch time than was necessary to deposit the cash to my bank account so I could place the order.

Domino’s pizza is my favorite pizza. Today I bought one and it was so dry & bland. the sauce sucked, they just added a little sauce making my pizza so dry & gross. Never again will I stop at Domino’s on 12th Street. Wish they could reimburse my hard earned money for a dry pizza.

Update on4 December 2024 @1846: I’m attaching a picture of a kids penne pasta with marinara sauce from Mario’s pizza. The cost was $7.99
Delivery order @ 1900 hrs. Ordered Mac&Cheese and medium pizza using the $6.99 each for 2 or more items. The Mac&cheese was not worth the money. One layer of noodles on the bottom of the pan – $6.99 for .50 cents of pasta. About 20 noodles. If rather not scrutinize my food orders. But, when you notice the serving is really small, you feel cheated. Domino’s practicing chicanery on its customers. Domino’s didn’t raise prices but made the servings smaller. Pasta dishes, chicken dishes, cinnamon twists salads etc are smaller now than a few years ago. My son loves dominoes pizza otherwise I’d stop ordering dominoes. Pizza only from now on or make my own.
Dominoes took pasta primavera and Chicken Carbonara Pasta from the menu. Added cheaper to make 5 cheese mac&cheese. Srinkflation at its best. I have electronic receipts going back to 2013. It’s easy to compare. Changes in prices, menu and remember then vs. now. _|_

Ordered a 2 pan pizzas for delivery just for them to send me to pan pizzas that needed to be cooked better. This was not cooked completely.
