I get 2 Frozen coffees everyday day faithfully and I usually go to the Collingwood location which is in my opinion the best in SJ. But due to car issues I’ve been having to go to this location because it’s across the street from my job. On 4 separate occasions I was given a frozen coffee with NO COFFEE SYRUP. It was literally just cream and ice blended. Then when I politely asked to have coffee added to my frozen coffee I was treated like I did something wrong. Over $6 a cup is a lot to pay for non-coffee. The bad part is that this is a recent thing. When I use to have to go to this location before the new employees that are there now I never got cheated out of ingredients

11:46 am on Thursday. No glazed donuts. This place never have glazed donuts. Selection is pretty thin. Male employee not very friendly. Place looks clean and is at a great location. If you go for donuts get there early.

Took 10 min with only 2 people ahead of me to get the omelet bites. The guy behind the counter works the slowest of all Dunkin employees I’ve seen. Made the mistake to stop. Not again!

I parked in front of the store and placed an order for one cappuccino. The store was empty and it took 11 minutes to get it done. I watched a customer walk in, wait and leave because no one was there to take the order. This is the second time I stop at this location (because it’s on the way) and have a terrible experience; but not coming back. Plan to drive to any other store 3 minutes away and have a better experience.

They have the nicest 2 gentlemen working in the mornings. My drinks are made perfect every time and while the food isn’t gourmet, my breakfast sandwiches are always delicious.

Absoutely horrific experience. Went twice. The first time the coffee was made wrong. The second time the guy didn’t pay attention to my order. I told him I wanted iced not hot. He then proceeded to charge me for a donut I didn’t order. I told him he was overcharging me and said he made a mistake and couldn’t fix it. I told him I didn’t want the coffee and walked out.

Depressing location, not as nice as other renovated Dunkins nearby. Employee behind the counter was quite rude. They did not speak to me at all, not even a hello. Employee was visibly frustrated when I changed my order before making the payment or even preparing it. Proceeded to prepare my order in a very stand off-ish matter. Dissatisfied in general.

Waited 20 minutes while the person ignored the line of 6 people waiting in the store so he could make sandwiches for people who ordered on the app. When asked how much longer it would be until they served the line, the worker yelled back that he was busy and skip me in line when he was ready to serve the line. It was 6am and there was no one in the store waiting for food that ordered from the app.
