A Dunkin above the rest despite the location. The staff is super friendly and attentive to customers. They make that connection and remember their regulars in addition to what they like. The quality and taste is also consistent. I recommend this Dunkin if you’re in the area. You’ll be surprised how much you like it in comparison to Dunkins in other areas.

I am a frequent customer of this DD and im highly upset with the manager. Today they had a free donut give away if you order a drink , so I ordered the the DD app and because I didn’t ” order a donut through the app ” I didn’t get the free donut . I know someone who walked in and ordered a hot coffee and didn’t order a donut BUT a donut was offered to him for free ! And what gets me is the owner/manager knows me cause im always in there every morning! And both the woman and male employees or managers gave me an attitude! What kind of customer service is this ?????

☕ The Dunkin’ on Broadway in Camden
⭐️⭐️⭐️- Dunkin’ is a chain store, and in my opinion, their food isn’t good even at the best of times. Even the Donuts aren’t that great.
⭐️⭐️⭐️- This Dunkin’ is in the ghetto, there is literally no parking, and so the atmosphere isn’t all that great.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- The service here is really fast, friendly enough, but where they excel…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- …is the Coffee. Whenever I have to go through the Walter Rand Transportation Center, this Dunkin’ is a must. Extra Large, Caramel Coffee, Extra Cream, Extra Sugar!! They literally, serve the best coffee out of any Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, STRAIGHT UP!! It’s perfect every time that i get it from here.

Originally, I went to the McDonald’s that is around the corner and was going to order a coffee but the customer service was really terrible so I decided to go to Dunkin’ Donuts and I was ranting about how McDonald’s service was bad and the young lady at the counter was listening and empathize with me as well. Not only did she take her time to make sure my order was correct, but also gave me a couple of free donuts as well.

They always have my order ready when I get off the bus. Shakeel is excellent at customer service. The other employees are also wonderful. They know me, my regular order and they get it right every time. When I don’t order ahead, I’m usually in and out in under 3 minutes during peak morning rush.
Most importantly, the store crew maintains a safe, clean, orderly operation, while treating each customer with kindness.

This place is the pits service is 0/0 hands down triflent dirty horrible customer service and honest working person can stand in line for 15 minutes and still get no service due to employees fighting and arguing with each other and customers as well as drug induced customers pan handling and fighting with workers and other customers. Making it a horrible place to stop in the morning before work! It will ruin your entire morning. Not mention the food is always stale and disgusting even bagels and donuts! Throw the whole Dunkin’ Away!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 31 years of living. NEVER WOULDVE THOUGHT I WOULD EXPERIENCE RACISM LIKE I DID JUST VISITING ANOTHER STATE.
I was very polite to this man , walked in with my family of four to get a hot chocolate and a donut for my daughter and this man refuse to service me. Made a big deal and kicked us out. My daughter is traumatized by this experience. We called the cops ourselves and they couldn’t do anything. I tried calling customer service and NOTHING. I asked for a manager over and over and over he screamed at us and said he was the manager but the police outside said he wasn’t the manager.
