The staff here in the morning is always so kind. The female manager goes out of her way to always greet me by name and makes sure I am doing well, which puts a smile on my face. I don’t get to stop as frequent as I like but when I do she is so kind and helpful. They always make sure my order is correct and if its not they correct it. This Dunkin is always efficient and fast. I love how much they improved from the past when it was run, they seem to work as a team and help each other and always have a minute for the guest! I highly recommend it here and I prefer this Dunkin as opposed to the Dunkin that is closer to my house!

Does anyone know what happened to the old staff that was there? I went 2 times last week and my order was wrong. they didn’t even give me half my order. I did notice that everyone in there was new. I’m kinda upset because I loved going there in the morning. I always got a smile and they would tell me to have a good day. Might be the time to find another one. One highly disappointed customer.

Terrible service!! Slow!! Slow!!! Slow fire everyone and get new workers waited 15 minutes in the drive through line for 1 coffee!!! And there was only 3 cars ahead of me!! I sat at the window for 5 minutes while employees walked around and did nothing!!

Pulled up at 5:15ish AM for breakfast.
Nobody answered drive thru and outside lights off , pulled around to first window and a lady wiping her eyes like she just woke up said “ no food only hot coffee.”
If your hours say you open at 5AM , be ready to serve people coming to pay your at that time.

Went through the drive through and ordered sausage and cheese on a bagel. They chose to put it on a cinnamon raisin bagel. In what universe does that make sense. I assumed the default bagel for sandwiches was plain.

This dunkin is a little slower but they always get my order right. So I’ll take the slow over other dunkins getting my stuff wrong. The manager is always friendly and I’ve never had a worker be rude and I go here probably every other day lol

Got a bagel today with extra cream cheese and literally less cream cheese than regular. Had the audacity to charge me over 5$ for it.

Service takes FOR EVER.. they also just close & open whenever they want.. the hours are very unreliable. If you don’t have all day to sit in their drive thru waiting for a coffee, I’d suggest going somewhere else.
