Some DDs should just stop making food. If you are going to sell food it should at least be edible. The photo attached is supposed to be a Three Cheese Croissant. I have no idea why you would even serve this to someone. For complete disclosure they did put another one in the bag that was half edible proving they knew the other one was disgusting. This unacceptable.

My boyfriend and I went into this Dunkin to get some coffee, we got up to the counter to see the menu and was asked to take our order. We needed another moment and the woman at the counter walked away and never came back. We waited 10 minutes after trying to get her and the other workers attention to get our order. We got tired of waiting and ordered on the pad at the counter. We waited another 10 minutes to get our coffees and wasn’t said another word to. On the other hand, the coffees were made pretty well.

We ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwiches, but my sandwich had a slice of unmelted cheese.
I asked if they could melt the cheese in the microwave, and one of the staff members took my sandwich—not to the kitchen or microwave, but to another area out of sight. If you’re familiar with this store, the kitchen and microwave are near the drive-thru on the left, but he walked all the way to the far right, past the self-order/register area. I was confused, wondering where he was going.
When he returned, my sandwich was exactly the same—cheese still unmelted. At that point, I called another staff member and requested a refund instead.

When ordering munchkins for my kid I asked the guy at the drive thru may I have the minis in a cup. With stern voice he said “NO”. I thought he was joking. So I asked again. He just said “NO”. When I went around to cash out, I asked if I can have an empty cup then. He said it will be a dollar ($1) with an attitude. I questioned the dollar for just a cup and he reply “yeah, do you still want it”. I replied that just sounds crazy at this point. I know other locations charge for cups which was not a problem, never that much. Why not tell me this when I asked the first time. He then replies, ” yeah, they tell me charge a dollar for a cup. That’s what they tell me” then walks away. Horrible service. Will not be returning to this location.

Worst service ever – 1st I sat at the drive thru speaker to no response after several minutes. Then I waited behind a car for 5 minutes to be served ahead of me to be told by an incredibly rude employee that I have to go back through to order a tea. Usually a great place to, but this employee was unacceptable.

My drink is always different and wrong even though I get the same thing everyday of the week.When they hand it to me you can either see it looks off or the paper on cup don’t have the ingredients I asked for.There is a man usually in drive thru that used to be very nice but even he has had a nasty attitude and when you ask if the drink is correct they are very dismissive. I give up on this location I hate spending money and my order being wrong most the time!

Found hair in my drink, it was a very long strand of hair too. Also, the guy talking through the drive through was rude, enough to make someone not want to come back. I’m already not coming back because of the hair in my drink. Don’t go to this location there’s another one close by.

I come here almost every morning before work and always see the same guy. My coworker and I love him. He never messes up and always gives us napkins, forks, etc. Love himmmm!!!

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. My order is wrong every single time. I am constantly asked “what?” after clearly stating my simple one drink order. It’s everywhere from the wrong size to looking like a glass of milk. They do no listen. Zero percent success rate with my orders being correct. Will never go again, I advise you do the same.
