Went to this dunkin twice. First time I ordered food through the drive through and I was handed the incorrect order. Understandably so. Went back about 20 minutes later to get coffee and went inside this time. Ordered one large coffee and one medium brown sugar shaken espresso. I received a halfassed medium brown sugar shaken espresso with no cold foam and 90% cream in my drink as well as a small coffee, not a large. Told the worker I had paid for a large and the workers had a conversation about it and the one who made the drinks blew it off and rolled her eyes. I am highly dissatisfied especially because I was the only person there ordering something. Will not be coming back.

When I ask for a medium iced coffee HALF ice & cold foam I don’t expect the coffee to be 150% filled with ice, Half amount of coffee & 45% of the entire cup filled with cold foam. Fast service but terrible at making ice coffee the way people want it. It’s too sweet with too much swirl — not enough coffee! Newsflash — the only person saving $$$ on using more ice / less coffee in the cups is the owner. Full Ice for iced coffee isn’t even the standards anymore these days it’s 75% of the cup.

Tried to reload my app and employee did not know how to do this. Had to wait for another person to reload. This person said to the first come over so I can show you how this is done. The girl did not even come over to understand the proper way to handle this reload. She just kept doing something inside a lower cabinet. Finally got 2 cappuccino and left
