After how I was treated but the 2 lady’s in The drive-through today I will never spend another penny at this location. I actually would always come to this location because I never had an issue with my coffee and the convenience of it
but for some reason today I had the worst experience with one of your employees that had got an attitude because my drink did not taste like it was made correctly and asked them to remake it. I got the runaround talked about with the drive-through window open after she put in the caramel, she got nasty showed my husband, and said hear are your five caramels then stated starring it with a spoon that you could hear it in the passenger seat very aggressively, then handed the coffee to my husband and said now here’s your coffee. Have a nice day and slammed the window really hard. The lady taking the orders at the drive-through yelled through the window as we were getting ready to pull away. “You can’t be mad now.” What kind of customer service do you think this is sure not customer service that I would want to ever have to deal with again. I will definitely go completely out of my way to another Dunkin now.

Just tried to get my kid breakfast before school. I normally don’t go here but it was closer and we didn’t have much time to spare. I arrived with no one in the drive thru line. I ordered her breakfast sand-which. We drove off and as she tried to eat her food , it was cold. They just slapped on the egg, bacon and cheese , wrapped it up and gave it to me. This Dunkin is already over priced than the others , and now we get served cold food. Never again will I spend another dime at this establishment. Im not sure if this was a “rush” matter due to staffing or just laziness.

If not, you should know how disappointing it is to have the best location in the area reduced to this. They used to have the most pleasant staff and everything was amazing.
Now its filled with the idea that its okay to ruin people’s orders and then lie to your face.

U Do It
We arrived around 9pm. The inside was clean. The donuts were surprisingly fresh considering it was late at night. The host gave us an extra donut because it was late at night … so awesome of them. The munchkins we ordered were also super fresh through to the next morning. Munchkins at other dunkin donuts are usually stale this late at night. We also ordered a coffee and an oreo hot chocolate. Good stuff!

I used to love this location. This morning the rudest lady was telling me what I ordered she can’t make. I ordered a literal menu item as it comes. She was trying to tell me I was asking for something special. Anyways the lady at the register was very pleasant but that grouch ruined my morning.

I honestly just have to say, The ladies working at this Dunkin are top notch. I live in woodstown, but work in Audubon. I stop at this location everyday, and the ladies working are always kind, happy, welcoming, and so quick with service in the drive thru and inside. I tell everyone to make sure and stop here. One of the ladies working there specifically, I know in passing, and I always enjoyed speaking with her mom at the local bank Mrs. Lola. She was the kindest woman and always treated my daughter and I with warmth and kindness. This is exactly what I get when I place my order here every morning. These ladies rock and work hard everyday to provide the best WOW service!!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Jackie-

I came at 9am and ordered a macchiato with Carmel. They were out of Carmel so I asked for Hazelnut. I also asked for a chocolate milk for my son. They were out of that also. I completely understand things happen but the person taking my order was rude about it stating I won’t have any of that until my truck comes later, as if I was going to come back or something. I had to repeat my order 3x. She was still confused about whether I wanted cream and sugar but I ordered oat milk because I have milk sensitivity and can’t drink cream or milk like that. I got to the window and she handed me a cup that was not full, had already been stirred (which did not look like a macchiato) and then it did not have any hazelnut in it. I was already running behind for an appointment and the staff were arguing with each other so I did not bother having them re-make it. Gross $7 coffee.

I used to come here EVERYDAY before work however I stopped going because they started being rude. They were always so nice they hired this girl who’s always rude no matter how nice you are to her. After not going for months I decided to give it a shot today and you better trust and believe I’m never going back to this location. That girl is still there and she is extremely rude. I don’t see why someone would choose customer service as a job when you clearly don’t have the skills or the personality for.

Arrived and there was 1 customer ahead of me and 3 people behind the counter. I waited 2 to 3 minutes and thought the guy ahead of me placed a large order. After a couple of more minutes a female arrived at the register to take his order. I heard her say she was in the back making donuts. So basically waited 4 or 5 minutes to get my order. I will not return to this location.
