I ordered a mobile order for my boyfriend the end of April, I ordered him a refresher and a croissant breakfast sandwich. The food was very good and the service was also great too, the order was finished and ready as soon as my boyfriend had arrived. Would definitely order from here again and I would come in person also.

Absolutely awful customer service at this Dunkin today. I went inside with my son. There were two grown women arguing over who should have to take my order. They should be embarrassed of themselves. Additionally, I arrived before 9 am.. they were already out of most of their donuts and had zero munchkins left. One of the arguing women said they run out everyday by 9 am or before. That makes no sense, it’s the only Dunkin I’ve been to that’s out of so much and the morning isn’t even over. They need to figure out their supply and demand and be more prepared. We left and went to another Dunkin 5 minutes down the street.. they had everything fully available still and were much more courteous! I will not be going back to this store.

My friendly neighborhood dunkin’ lol. I go here all the time and they have never screwed up an order. Even when the drive through lane is wrapped around the store they find a way to keep it moving, even if it is short staffed!!!

I had stopped coming to this Dunkin’ about a year or so ago because the people that worked there were ignorant. I recently started coming back with in the past few months and the people there now are awesome. Rose is the primary person I see everytime I go there and my son and I are always greeted with a smile. She is so polite and always kind. Her team member with her today was also just as friendly. Thanks to Rose I keep coming back!

My favorite Dunkin Donuts of all time. It’s my childhood store where my mom always took me and my other siblings when we deserved a treat or for a quick breakfast before school/ my moms work since she works at the elementary school right down the hill. It had been awhile since I visited this particular store (Sorry Wawa is closer) and good times came flooding back. What has always made visits extra special for me is the employees being so friendly and the amazing interactions that follow. Such as tonight me and my sister ordered two drinks through drive thru and the guy through the speaker was really courteous on serving us and what made ordering funny was his coworker doing a turkey gobble in the back round. Once we came to the window we all had a good laugh as his coworker didn’t realize we heard him and it made our night! Not to mention my coffee was super fresh and hot and made to perfection just as always I had remembered going there!

I went to the drive thru today. Didn’t greet me, nor did I even know if someone was at the other end of the speaker. A women with a really rough voice, was rushing me to order and when I came and paid. A man gave me my order. His hands were filthy and he looked absolutely dirty and so did she. Honestly it was like two crack heads running the place. And when the guy handed me my drinks he put his whole hand over the top of cups. Ewh! I will never go back here again. I dumped the drinks out immediately.

Everything was made perfectly to my order. The food was great and the coffee was better. The location was clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything from beginning to end. They had a large selection of doughnuts and drinks. I will be back to this location. That you for great service.
