Guy at the front was full of attitude cus I asked for a sparkling water with peach. I understood that they didn’t have it I was just curious what other flavors they could have had. He just kept saying they didn’t have anything. Then I asked for a brownie batter donut that I could clearly see in the back. Then he proceeded to say they didn’t have it either. Only giving a two star because the girls in there were very nice.

I’ve been to this location a few times before & nothing like this has EVER happened. I ordered the “Maple Sugar Snackin’ Bacon” and if anyone knows it’s not cheap for 8 pieces of bacon. And I feel that when you spend your money you should get thee best service. I placed three orders of the Snackin’ Bacon and only got three pieces per bag meanwhile it’s advertised as 8. I did say something and I was accommodated for it, the lady was super nice about it and explained that she did not make it and the girl that did was new. But who ever made it knows better. Other than that no complaints . Just know, the next time you decide to come to this Dunkin and order the Snackin Bacon be very particular and tell them 8 pieced please. Let them know how to do their own job.

This DD is close to dance studio but I will not come here anymore. The people who work there always have a very negative attitude. Especially a woman I think she’s Indian, she always speaks with a bad attitude and doesn’t know how to provide good customer service. They shouldn’t have people like that working there.

I ordered a iced pistachio cold brew with cream sugar and sweet cream foam I got up to the window and was handed a drink that didn’t look anything like what I ordered nor did it have the cold foam on top like I asked so I asked for cold foam well the guy rolled his eyes and the lady next to him rolled her eyes so hard that she almost fell over. I got my cup back with what looked like not even cold foam on top I don’t even want to know what it is at this point but I’ll never ever go back. The service is horrendous, staff is unprofessional and the food/drinks are made half assed

Terrible service. Went through the drive through and whoever was on the microphone was very rude. Then, when I get my order, I asked for 25 munchkins, half chocolate glazed half regular glazed, and I got half regular glazed with half regular with a pink powder. Then I asked for a plain toasted bagel with butter, and you can tell that they did not care to it at all to make it good. Check out the photos to see what I mean. Overall, worst Dunkin donuts I have been to due to the terrible staff.

They didn’t get my order right. Even when I told them at the window and they remade it, they got it wrong again. The man at the window didn’t smile and wasn’t friendly even though I was very pleasant and understanding about the mix up. Didn’t even apologize for getting it wrong.

The other day, my mother and I went to go get iced lattes. When I was ordering I asked for a ICED VANILLA LATTE WITH CARAMEL DRIZZLE. A young man over the speaker heard my order and when I got the window to grab my ICED VANILLA LATTE WITH CARAMEL DRIZZLE, I got an iced latte. He didn’t even add vanilla or caramel when I told him my order. When I got it the white slip on the cup literally said iced latte. I surely won’t be back here for any coffee cravings. Thank you to the young man that RUINED my day.

The staff has no urgency to make your order or take your order. Today they only put one mocha pump in my coffee instead of the 4 its comes with on the menu. They come off as rude and stand offish. Very disappointed.

I started going to this location because the usual one I go to on my way to work. The coffee never tasted right. I went to this one. Coffee is good. Donuts are fresh however, the older guy working the window Is awful he’s beyond rude. I initially chalked it up to him having a bad day but after today, I’m convinced he’s just a jerk when you approach the window no hello, good morning not even how much i owe. Today I place my order with a lovely girl in the drive-through I pull up to the window to pay. He barely opens the window to scan my phone and take my card. My box of donuts that I bought for my coworkers comes up. He tries to squeeze it through the little gap. He opened it, just enough to turn my donuts to the side and push them through the hole he takes my card, hand it back not a word it said, he then handed me my coffee to which I checked because the other day he gave me the wrong order I hand it back. I say it’s wrong. The girl that took my order knew it was wrong. She was waiting for my drink. He tried me to hand me the same wrong drink i hand the drink back twice I kept telling him no it’s wrong. Finally, the girl me hands me my correct drink. He’s just unpleasant I go to dunkin everyday, spend a lot of money at dunkin and I most definitely wont be a regular at this location.
The other workers are great but the never handle the drive through unfortunately, this man should be put out of range from the public until he learns how to act.
