I am so tired of this location. Zero customers in the store, at least 5 people working behind the counter. Not one person has the basic customer service 101 skill of greeting us and advising they will be with us, Noooooo, they are too busy making and preparing orders for pick up from online/mobile orders. Maybe if this location wants to be an online location only they should just go for it, Im sure they would do just as good. Thank goodness Sparta has other options, Greene’s Beans is right there so that’s where Im spending my money on coffee from now on. Do better Dunkin, because right now you are failing at this location. A customer shouldn’t stand there for over 3 minutes without being waited on or simply acknowledged. This isnt the first time it has happened here.

My wife and I live in Lake Mohawk and enjoy our visits to this Dunkin. We were there this evening for some coffee and a coffee roll and the young man taking our order was a fine young man named Mattius. This gentleman is a major asset to this particular Dunkin. He brought our coffees and we engaged in a nice conversation. This was one of the best experiences we have encountered at this outlet. The other young man was very nice in the past…an A1 crew!

I just paid $6+ for this drink and this is how they served it – with a quarter of the drink missing! I didn’t even take a single sip yet. The drink also wasn’t even cold, because there was not enough ice.
Gave me an attitude when I asked for a straw, even though that is their rule. Every other Dunkin (including the other one in Sparta) gives you a straw without asking. This Dunkin is a mess.

This one is way in the back of the gas station. The store is split between DDVand gas station food vendor, so I had to buy food from DD and gator aid from gas station side. Minor inconvenience when paying cash, but why spread your money card information twice? Odd.

This Dunkin is the size of a small bedroom!! With about 7 employees behind the counter, they are filling orders on an assembly line. Unfortunately, it’s just not a pleasant experience coming here. There’s no smiles, no please and thank yous, and the manager, who I’ve seen here for years, has a bad RBF. Everyone’s job can be difficult, and a challenge to hire workers here, but a smile is free!

Waited 7 minutes and then left without ordering while 4 servers chatted up two young girls. Understand that this store is a social hub but there should be limits. Will drive out of my way to avoid until staffing is addressed.

I never thought I’d be writing a review for a Dunkin’, but this one is just awful. Don’t bother ordering anything hot in person; Expect a 15 min wait or more. We’ve also been shorted a single donut (out of a doz), from our last three separate orders!… I guess the staff has been hungry. This place is no longer considered an option.

Tried it twice before work. Day one, the bagel was incredibly stale at 7am. Day 2 I was late for work because they took so long. Nicole was rude. Would have been quicker to go out of my way to a different Dunkin.

Julia is the best worker I’ve ever seen in my life. I come in regularly and she is always on top of drinks. I have never had a drink made poorly or late. She should get a raise. However, the Manager is rude to the workers.

Very clean place, but the lady behind the counter was miserable! She rushed me as I ordered my doughnuts, then barked my price at me, without even asking me if I wanted coffee or anything else.
