It was 9:50 PM when I stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts to grab an iced coffee through the drive-thru. The employee told me to come inside to place my order, so I did. Once inside, he asked if I was paying with cash. I said no, I’m using a credit card and then he said the system was already closed. Really? It wasn’t even closing time yet. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, and it’s disappointing to see the same issue keep happening. Customers should be able to order until the actual closing time.
This is exactly why businesses go out of business because of employees who don’t care about their customers.

When walking in, this place is ginormous compared to other Dunkins in regards to being spacious. The one thing that stood out was their display case for donuts and bagels which is something I have never seen before — similar to a bakery style display case. I have them four stars because the time it took was slower than other locations in terms of making order.
The time I went was in the evening, one person was working the window and two were in the front. One person in front of me ordered a small coffee and it took close to 5 minutes just to get my order of a medium coffee and toasted bagel. Other locations I’m able to get it within 2-3 minute time frame. Though I will say, the amount of cream cheese I got was a LOT and that’s way more than other locations.
So while some things lacked, others made up for it. Plus they had pumpkin coffee☕ which was a plus! Some cool decor things they have there that make the location modern & stand out.

9:52pm. Guy asked me what I wanted over the intercom and just never answered me back. I walk inside and ask if I can get a hot coffee and the guy said no we’re closing early. Definitely needs a new staff

Well I tried going here again. This is poor excuse for a sandwich I got. Then I went back and told them it wasn’t toasted the cheese is disgusting and the bacon is soggy. All they do is throw my sandwich in the toaster and call it a day. Y’all need to get better employees here. This place is an absolute joke. And so are the people that work there. I’m really not one to post reviews but this place is just absolutely horrible. My order is never right when I go in there. Service is absolutely horrid when I try to correct my order. I only go there for convenience because I work across the street. I will now be going elsewhere.

I used to love going to this location but recently you have to wait around 10 minutes just to get your order taken if you go in store so I’d recommend just going through the drive through as they seem to prioritize that line more.

I gave this place probably 6 chances doesn’t matter which employees are working there. They’re slow. They’re horrible. They’re talking to each other while I’m at the window for 5 minutes, waiting for one coffee, they can care less about any customers.

Placed the same order yesterday and got my foam on top. Order it today and no foam. I have had other orders that I have placed wrong and or taste horrible, then I have a few right. It’s crazy how you order something with cold foam and they don’t even put it on the coffee.
