I got a real latte from here made correctly with a proper amount of foam. That never happens at a Dunkin’ Donuts . Extremely happy. I got the “turtle flavored” and it was delicious. Usually Dunkin is way too sweet. I’m very very happy!!

They try, you can tell it’s just on multiple occasions my coffee was just mediocre. For example ordered a chocolate ice coffee and barely any syrup was used and what was put into the drink was on the side of the cup not even mixed in. Just a lazy, had to ask for more chocolate and for them to stir it in.

Usually good experiences with this Dunkin but recently it’s been nothing but issues. They are always rushed, I ordered a Mango refresher today that looked more like Mango water, they didn’t even stir it. I stirred it myself, tasted it and it taste just as it looked, flavored water. Disgusting. You can’t call to complain cause no one answers the phone or it doesn’t work half the time

This Dunkin tries to satisfy their customers. The food is average and the atmosphere is below average because of where they’re located, but the service i always receive is always above average. I’ll go here before I go to the next 2 nearest Dunkins.

They are always in a rush, and when putting in your order they don’t excuse themselves and start talking to other workers in a foreign language while you’re giving your order. So when paid the girl at the register says excuse me I didn’t charge you for your drink, well if she would have been paying attention to our order she wouldn’t have made that mistake like that. A little courtesy goes a long way by excusing yourself to talk to someone else instead of messing up a order because they were not paying attention. So beware and observe how they serve you and relay your experience.

Was the ONLY person in the place and they were all too busy talking about the cute guy who left and how long they were married to get my order correct–all wrong. Have given this place a try before because of the convenience–not worth it! No convenience if they cant get a simple coffee order correct!.. Oh and they charged me for the correct order, just too lazy to do their jobs correctly.

When I asked for a chocolate crawler, I was given a twisted glazed donut. Not what I asked for, nor was it even remotely close to what I wanted. At least she could have done was put a CHOCOLATE donut in my bag in lieu of the chocolate crawler that I initially wanted.

Wow, just wow! Listen readers, I’m not a Dunkin fan because let’s admit it, they always mess up our orders. Might sound Stereotypical, I know, but this wasn’t a one-time experiment. THIs DUNKIN was absolutely amazing in a sense that they were on time, got the right order, food was warm, and they had an assembly line going and executed orders perfectly. Super happy with my experience here.
