Rude and disrespectful manager. Tall young man. Gave our food to someone else who had it in their car and then was forcing me and my family to take it. When we said no he proceeded to raise his voice yelling at us NOBODY TOUCHED IT JUST TAKE IT. In front of other customers. While getting others orders wrong for other people. There were 3 other staff members trying to calm him down. This was so disrespectful and embarrassing. He should get fired because this place will loose more customers.

I’ve literally almost never had a positive experience at this dunkin. Most recently simply ordered 2 toasted bagels with butter and 2 egg and cheese wraps. The bagels were barely toasted and were absolutely loaded and globbed with mostly unmelted butter. The two wraps had bacon on them despite being ordered as egg and cheese. I’m not gonna say no to some extra bacon but seriously how hard is it to screw up a couple bagels and wraps. And don’t even get me started on previous drinks I’ve had from here. All down right old tasting… Damn shame as it’s such a convenient location which is the only reason I still very occasionally go here

Placed a mobile order and was met with attitude and the wrong sandwhich. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese and they gave me a cold bacon egg and cheese. The person at the drive through started to read my order back to me from the bag like I didnt know what I ordered for myself and i literally had to open the sandwhich in front of her. They also didnt give any forks or napkins. So I went back in and politely asked for utencils and she responded with “I’m just ready to walk out of here”.

ordered 2 coolattas and both where very sweet definitely not made with only 3 pumps of flavoring. usually wouldn’t comeback to complain but it was so bad and I had get it remade since one was for a friend. the worker guy remade it and it was still awful and way too sweet. big waste of 10 dollars.

I have never written a review of any place I have went to before. This experience made me feel like I needed to finally write one. I have never had such bad service at a Dunkin before in my life and I am a frequent goer. On top of the terrible service there were bits of plastic in my coolata. See pictures. Please stay away for your health!!

Went to this Dunkin Donuts and was extremely disappointed. It’s very rare that I write bad reviews as sometimes places have bad days like anyone else. I ordered a Blueberry Muffin from here today 1/29/2020, and to my surprise the muffin was raw inside. I would think that, the one thing, whoever made the muffin, could make sure of, or have down to a science is that the muffins aren’t raw. I took a bite out of it and had to spit it out! If I didn’t live15 minutes there I would have definitely returned it. You guys have to do better with training and insuring customer’s food is properly cooked! If mine was raw, that means the whole batch was raw, I’m sure someone complained, yet they remained on the rack smh

Brianna the manager was passive and rude when I addressed why the drive thru with more social distance was far more speedy than the inside. Carl was the only one of assistance. Again rude and obnoxious

Worst Dunkin in Monmouth county! Do yourself a favor and drive 5 more minutes to a different location! These positive reviews obviously are from people who work there… every single time day or night I stop there I have a issue… like how hard is it to make a drink with a sticker on the side of the cup with the order??!! It’s ridiculous… stay clear from this location
