The staff is for the most part friendly, however they can be a bit unprofessional. Yelling in the mic to other staff members when they have a customer ordering. Quick to give attitude when they are asked a question.

Customer Service here is terrible, continuously getting my drive through orders wrong and the only reason I continue to come here is due to it being the nearest dunkin to me, constantly locking the inside 20 to 30 minutes before the advertised closing time 8pm and the doors are lock in witch i cant get in aswell as passer by’s asking are they closed in witch i reply yes due to the doors being locked, I understand people want to leave work at a timely manner but when hours are advertised to be closing at 8 I expect to be able to still order if its 20 to 30 minutes before closing time, Ridiculous.

Asked for a cup of ice cause my 4$ ice coffee had like nothing . They tried charging me 1.07$ for a small cup of ice (something new?). I’ve seen previous reviews of the rude sarcastic attitudes they exhibit on a daily basis its very upsetting to witness. I’ve been to this location about 5 times now and 4 out of the 5 have been nothing but attitudes.

I get coffee here a few times a week and the service just keeps getting worse and worse. You go thru drive thru you say hello at window and the person there doesn’t even acknowledge that you’re there take your card or your cash doesn’t say thank you doesn’t say anything you say thank you to them they say nothing back horrible service. So the GM knows when this happened 9:50am 03/07/2023. They should be talked to before it gets worse.
