Good location, easy to access and parking was no problem. Great atmosphere! Communication could be better, they messed up the order but they were quick to fix it and we’re friendly. Vanilla chia was amazing although the bagel had very little cream cheese which was a little disappointing.

Everything was fine except they put the mocha syrup instead of the caramel in and also at the top of the drink.

Food was fresh and staff was friendly especially the food preparer by the name of “Anna”. My order needed to be corrected and she went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted and was compassionate, attentive and a positively customer service oriented staff member. She is amazing!

Impromptu shopping trip was extremely hungry. You just can’t go wrong with Dunkin. Got sweet pepper bacon wrap and Pineapple mango lemonade refresher. Very delicious on this very humid day. And they had a restroom which was very clean.

Register is quick to take your order ($$$) but slow to deliver your requests. During my visit, I witnessed a lady complaining about her order as I waited in line for my time to order. The lady ordered and then requested a refund and was denied a refund because the owner argued he’s tired of people asking for their money back and he’s simply not giving any refunds back. If there’s that many people asking for their money back then clearly you have a problem. I ordered something simple (coffee) and quick (a donut) to avoid any issues. I gave them a star because of the lack of people skills. I’m sure they could do a better job by explaining that perhaps they are short of staff and instead of worrying about taking ($) have the staff person taking orders help out the rest so there’s a better flow. Never disrespect clients. They are the reasons why you have a job.
