even though this location isn’t the closest to me, I still end up right back at this dunkin. I make the drive because of how pleasant the employees are to be around, they’re clean atmosphere, the delicious food and drinks, and how everyone prioritizes their customers. I’ve been here multiple times and the service just gets better every time. my food come out fast and the workers always wish me a good day. this is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in Bergen County, if you wanna feel prioritized and have delicious food, come here!!!

Went here Tuesday to order two coffees for a coworker and myself during my lunch break, only for the manager to call me overweight and tell me I shouldn’t be drinking coffee. I replied saying that’s messed up, he insisted saying he’s a doctor in his country and knows I’m overweight. I requested my money back and walked out and reached out to corporate. Today I get a call and texting from Rasel Alam the actual store manager apologizing for that man’s behavior and to come in during his hours for some coffee. I went during my lunch today because I was grateful for the apology, only to be made even more uncomfortable than the first time. This man proceeded to look at my body up and down in judgment as if he was checking to see if I was overweight. I placed my order for two coffees and 5 munchkins, he charged me then said to “please forget what happened”. Unacceptable behavior. I am hurt and offended by both men. This is not okay. Go to Dunkin in the area. Very clean and pleasant service. The parking lot can be challenging on the weekend because it’s quite small but it’s manageable. Not long after frequenting the store they began to know my order. Definitely shows the quality of service.

Two days in a row drink order has been ruined. I ordered via the app and my bf picks it up for me but if i were to pick it up myself i would of made them remake my drink. You can tell by the color of the coffee what your drink its going to taste like. This has insane amount more milk than coffee. What is this. If yall dont want to work then shut down.
