This location has now lost a returning local customer due to repeated poor service at the drive-thru window. This is the second time in a few months that I gave this store another chance after a previous issue with the same employee, who had incorrectly prepared my order and then argued with me instead of reviewing it.
Today, I placed my order through the mobile app. When I arrived, the employee asked over the intercom what I wanted. I clearly stated that I was picking up a mobile order and proceeded to the pickup window. Upon arrival, the employee responded with an unnecessary attitude, insisting that I needed to tell him I was picking up an order—something I had already done.
I explained that every interaction I’ve had with this employee seems to turn into an argument, and asked that he simply provide my order. He then stated that if I did not tell him properly, I would be left sitting at the window with no assistance, which was both confusing and unprofessional. I mentioned that I have dashcam footage showing that I did, in fact, state my name and that I was picking up an order when asked. At that point, the employee walked away from the window.
A manager then came to the window. I explained that this was the second incident with the same employee. Rather than addressing the concern, the manager dismissed it by suggesting that the employee “may not have heard” me. If an employee is repeatedly having communication issues with customers, this should be addressed through training or reassignment—especially when the same issue continues to occur.
To make matters worse, once I got home I noticed the coffee cup was significantly underfilled. The cup had to be tilted at a steep angle before the coffee was even visible.
Between the ongoing customer service issues and inconsistent product quality, this location reflects poorly on the brand. I strongly believe Dunkin’ corporate should review this store’s operations and staff management, as it is negatively impacting the customer experience and the company’s reputation.

Great store been coming every single day forever. Older manager on shift tue Jan 27 at 1. Just ruins my experince every single time. He is super kind to young girls employees and customers. The older white women his short and rude with. Im making this post cause iv seem him do it to much to a delightfully nice and hard working older woman. He should stop in this county we dont take it lightly.

Very rude staff. I ordered a tea and asked for honey in it, when i got to the window they handed me honey packets after i had already asked for the honey to be in my tea. This is the only dunkin’ that has ever given me an issue about and and in my opinion they are just lazy and don’t want to do their job ! The owner /mananger who came to the window was also very nasty! will NOT be returning. Don’t work in this kind of industry if you don’t want to do basic tasks like a special request on an order , that’s your job !!!!

So, I don’t really understand the bad reviews. The lady who served us was super friendly and helped me with my special request of a slightly sweetened iced tea. Everything looked fresh and clean. It’s great to walk into a Dunkin without paying $10 for a drink (as we do in Switzerland). Thank you!

This place is one of the worst DD I’ve ever been too . The staff is snotty , they don’t listen when you’re ordering, then you get to the window and you get the wrong drink/food and on top of that you get attitude! I stopped going here for this reason. I ordered an English muffin , turkey sausage, egg,cheese and it was still frozen in the middle ….. thus is unacceptable!!! Ive been going to oburg DD which staff is so nice and pleasant and they listen to what your ordering … I’m going to start going to oburg again! I’m DONE with this DD! They should shut down or get new staff!

One of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. It’s always clean, and the staff is super friendly. I love the little bench by the window — it’s a nice spot to sit, enjoy your coffee, and look outside. Just a really good vibe overall!

Watched the lady making my drinks get cold foam on her fingers and suck it off with her mouth. Not once, but twice. Then proceed to grab my lids and put them on my drinks …. I find this extremely unhygienic and plain gross. Why would I want to sip my drink after a stranger slobbered on her fingers then touched my lid where my mouth goes? On top of that, she did not stir my drinks at all before adding the cold foam… how am I supposed to mix my drink without ruining the cold foam?Will not be returning to this location.
