Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Customer service is so bad and extremely so slow. Only one person working and he’s so slow and the other older guy just stands there not helping around and theirs big lines and people get frustrated. Management needs to have a talk with them. They told one customer to wait 10 minutes to make his drink like what is this service. #horrible. I waited 10 minutes for a small caramel latte

I wanted to take a moment to recognize two exceptional team members at the Dunkin Donuts on River Road in Elmwood Park, across from Marcel paper Company. Rosie and Millie from the 9:30 AM shift. They are consistently amazing. Even during busy mornings, they stay calm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. The store is always clean when they’re working, and their customer service is outstanding. As a boss myself it’s hard to find great employees that go the extra mile.
They truly deserve appreciation for how hard they work.

Horrible service when the older man with glasses is closing, they basically close a hour early than they should be closing saying they can’t make anymore food or drinks . Told him when someone else besides him is there they always take my order and have no problem with it, he told me they don’t have to clean up. Why have someone there that doesn’t want to work? This has happened multiple times with the same person. I work night shifts and sucks that I have to go to another Dunkin’ to get my breakfast. The kid that works with him just follows his lead so he has no say because he looked over at him once I asked for my order as if he’s the owner of the place.

I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I always order the same drink through the app, and every day it tastes different or something’s missing. There’s no way to request a refund, and calling customer service is just a waste of time.

The older man who serves has attitude. He also packed my iced drink to the brim with ice like 110% leaving no room for the drink itself that costs almost $6 medium size. The picture shows after 4-5 sips a cup about 50% empty before I walked into a car.

Terrible service and attention to customers. Very often never do orders in the right order if placed on the self-order station. Employees don’t communicate with customers to let you know you will have to wait before they take your order or approximately for anything. 9/10 days dirty inside the restaurant and restroom. (Now leaving a second review:). Employees are completely uncaring about customers, will sometimes even complain to customers while they are ordering. They simply seem to not care at all about customers and that is a very big turn off. I only do come here because it’s the closest option for coffee and on my way/walk to work.
