Disgusting how I made a purchase and then I asked to use the restroom only to be told its not clean by the manager and that they no intention of cleaning it but they made damn sure they made a profit not once but twice off my weak damn bladder had to go to go Starbucks a block away. Will be reporting this location to the bbb. Why have a sign on the front door stating restroom for paying customers only only to be told yea our bathroom is a mess but we’re not cleaning it but thanks for the profit though Smh ik there restrooms are Disgusting but damn bear peed on my self can’t help my weak bladder anyway never will step foot in there again.

First time visit. Very impressed. This is a well maintained establishment. The staff is friendly, professional, and hard working. I like the variety of seating options. Very handicapped friendly. The doorway is plenty wide for my walker, and the tables have room to store it comfortably. I will back downtown knowing I can come here and get a quick coffee

Spent $45 here on a box of joe and a dozen donuts for my students and was told I needed to pay extra to get enough cups for the class. Didn’t expect to be nickel and dimed in this way. Will choose a different location in the future.

Very horrible experience. I decided to visit downtown Newark and get something to eat and was disappointed at the service I received. The male employee on 10/10/25 at 10:15am was very unprofessional to the colored customers. I was rushed through ordering my order and my order most of my order wasn’t received. Do not go here if you want to be treated properly like a customer spending your money .

The level of disrespect to not allow a customer to use the bathroom. I bet if i was white i would be allowed to use the bathroom. So disappointed in dunkin. I recently switched to be a regular from starbucks but clearly i made the wrong decision. Horrible experience- do not come here.

This location has an amazing staff — they’re always respectful and very knowledgeable about their drinks. I come here every day since I work in the building, and I’ve always appreciated the service. However, there’s a noticeable issue with the number of homeless individuals frequently coming in and out. For the safety and comfort of both customers and employees, I strongly recommend having security presence and improved surveillance in place.

Unclean tables and trash in eating area. Disgusting mess in bathroom left for customers employees were alerted and did not care also gave me a hard time when I asked for soap to wash my hands. Very unsanitary also horrible customer service.
