Went in there today honestly to use the restroom and there were no signs that said that you couldn’t. So I’m not someone who would go into a business and not purchase something when running around errands and need to quickly stop somewhere to use the restroom. I purchased 2 donuts and asked if I can use the restroom and they said “no it’s not open to the public right now” if that’s the case put a sign up that says even as a customer you will not be allowed to use the restroom. I’ve never experienced this with any other Dunkin’ Donuts.

Employees at this store need to have a better attitude to take care of all customers, they don’t listen or have an idea if they have or not a product. Then they are asked or told something the attitude is horrible. Managers need to better train their employees especially when they are not present, they are the face of the company. Don’t come to work if you are not willing to provide top customer service, there are many people who are willing to have your spot and be great at it.
