I visited my local Dunkin’ this morning and ordered a medium iced decaf latte along with a chocolate-glazed donut. Unfortunately, they gave me a hot latte instead of iced, and when I mentioned it, the staff insisted I never asked for ice. They didn’t offer to fix the mistake, which was disappointing. Usually, I have good experiences at Dunkin’, but this time the customer service really fell short. In the future, I’ll probably just go to the Dunkin’ on Route 17 instead, where I’ve had much better service.

I go there every day for coffee and as soon as they see my truck me and my partner coffees are ready super nice people in there can’t say enough about them and how courteous they are even the manager the guy is awesome

The guy working it was the nicest guy I have ever met he made everything super fast even though he was running both counters in the convenience shop and the Dunkin’ Donuts. We were on vacation and he could remember us from coming in there every day and he was just a really nice guy and I am meant him on how well of a job he did and how polite and professional he was

I bought two dozen of donuts from this store and they didn’t even provide a bag. I requested but they still denied. I had to carry two dozen of donuts with my hands in the cold weather to walk over 20 minutes. Used to go this store very often but I am very disappointed today.
