I have been coming to this Dunkin for a while now and over the last few months it has been going down hill with quality and consistency of their products. Today I got a sandwich that had very discolored eggs that had a sour smell to them. I’m not sure how no one noticed this while making the sandwich but this is my last straw and will not be trusting this Dunkin anymore.

Out of all the Dunkin’ locations in Rahway, Linden, Carteret, and Woodbridge, this Port Reading location is unfortunately my least favorite.
I usually only stop here if I don’t have another option. The staff hasn’t been very friendly, the service tends to be slow, and there are often order mistakes. On multiple visits, I’ve waited around 10 minutes for a simple order to be completed.
The recent renovation looks great and the store itself feels updated, but I think the customer service and order accuracy really need improvement. A more welcoming attitude and faster, more accurate service would make a big difference.

Typically I am not a person to complain, but I find it necessary to bring to light the bad service that I experienced at this location this afternoon . As the child of an immigrant family myself , I am not going to bash the employees lack of understanding of the English language, however, if you work directly with the public, it is imperative to understand the terminology of the items that the company that you work for is serving. Both of the employees that were working this afternoon had limited knowledge of the English language, and it was very frustrating to me to have to repeat my order no less than five times. Nonetheless, and despite having to repeat myself several times, the server still got my order wrong. It was very frustrating. And I had to request twice for the server to redo my order. Dunkin is a FAST FOOD restaurant where one wants to go in, put in and pay for the order, and quickly leave. If a customer has to continuously repeat themselves in order to place the order, it takes away time from the convenience factor of the establishment. I spent 25 minutes of my precious time waiting on someone else to get a simple order correct. To add insult to injury, it was not the first time that this happened. But, finally, lesson learned. I will not be returning to this location. I would rather travel a little farther for better service.

The worst experience ever. The staff at afternoon shift have no respect for customers and has worst attitude ever. She said, ” she was frustrated as its very busy”.We ordered coffee and donuts and kids wanted another donut when she literally started yelling at us and when we confronted about her attitude she started screaming at us and just walked away and another employee started justifying her saying we have a lot of walkin and online orders and we should have ordered fast and refused to tell us their names and said they dont care about reviews do whatever we want.

Slow. Staff barely understands. App orders taking over 15 minutes to fulfill. They prioritize walk ins and will ignore the build up on online app orders. They also make way too many mistakes often and forget to give you donuts when orders ordering other stuff.

I rather Starbucks but boyfriend loves Dunkin i get him coffee here in the mornings staff is nice in the mornings compared to Starbucks overall can’t complain never messed up an order I’m shocked with all the bad reviews I see. It’s a fast food place get over it and cook food from home.

Here cause it’s closer to me but it’s not even worth it . Rather keep driving an extra 20 minutes to another location than wait and still have my order wrong . The workers always seem so clueless and slow . For this to be a fast place I’ve seen busier locations with better service and better quality coffee !!!

Can’t go back. So many times my order is wrong, the people there work or look like they either don’t care about you, or just hate their job. To the owner, have your employees at least pretend they want to be there. Re-enforce the importance of listening to the people paying for your product not the conversation with the other employee.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. There is absolutely no customer service—every visit feels like a hassle. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and never friendly. On top of that, they can’t seem to get orders right. Whether it’s missing items, wrong drinks, or just overall slow service, there’s always an issue. If you’re looking for a smooth and pleasant experience, I’d recommend going elsewhere because this location is consistently disappointing.
