I go to this Dunkin all the times. its closer to my house and more convenient that it has a drive thru!!! However today they lost me as a customer!!!! One the employees on the window they don’t have any type of customer service no have a good day no good morning!! (Not all employee) i always order the same thing specially a Dragon Fruit Refresher with green Tea. But today my cup was all dirty and it had foam of some kind which i found it weird! But i left because i don’t have the time to argue about nonsense. But if i could give zero stars i would!! Here are the pictures!! You can judge yourself!!

This is not my normal Dunkin but stopped by on my way to work. I went through the drive-thru. There was a little line but it went quick. I ordered the iced caramel latte with oat milk. I have the DD perks app so there was a special for $3 lattes. When I got to the window as I usally do, I let them scan my app and for the discount and I would pay with my credit card. The lady at the window told me it was over the discount price and I had to put money on the app to get the discount. I told them no I don’t and no other Dunkins made me do that because there is a section where it says pay another way. The manager came over and he tried to say the same thing. I told him no its not true and he finally figured out what to do to get me the discount. They should know this already but whatever. They also put whip on the drink without asking so I had to send it back because I don’t consume dairy like that. I will continue to stick to my regular Dunkin.

I always spend 30 dollar there very kind staff .Food was awesome .i saw one customer complain about water cup not selling there .so i ask them they said its store policy .so that make sense to me .its not big deal then they have water available in bottle customer can buy .

Guys try to avoid this place whenever there are more than a few cars in the line they give you regular coffee instead of a latte or cappuccino. If you want regular coffee that is ok but if you order something different you will only pay for it but still drink regular.

The donuts weren’t bad at all. It’s a good place to go in the morning in a pinch. The breakfast sandwiches are decent and hashbrowns need some work. Thanks for the food and decent service.

The Miss, on the morning shift was very overbearing. I asked her to scan my points, and she said no. There’s nothing I can do. I hadn’t paid yet. She just handed over my card, but she just wouldn’t…..Bad gesture, I definitely don’t think I’ll come back, even if they offer it to me for free.

I had an unpleasant interaction at this location. Aside from not having the donuts ordered, they were unable to give me a refund or my dunkin points back. The women did not have a positive customer service about her. As soon as I walked in I was directed to the kiosk with a hand gesture and another customer walked in and because he was a regular, she took his order at the register. When I was trying to get her attention she was acting as if she was so busy with the drive through. She proceeded to give me 5 donuts that my family do not eat, at all. I wasted my time, money and points and still did not get any donuts I requested for my children, a refund or points reimbursed. I would not be going back to this location.
