Absolutely phenomenal experience at Chipley Chicken! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuinely friendly service that made us feel right at home. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
Now let’s talk about the food — wow. Every single item we tried was delicious and full of flavor. The catfish was perfectly seasoned and fried to golden perfection, flaky on the inside and crispy on the outside. The cheeseburger was juicy and satisfying, with that classic, comforting taste you hope for in a hometown burger. The chicken sandwich was tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of crunch. And the scramble dog? A Pine Mountain classic — messy in the best way, loaded with chili, slaw, and goodness in every bite.
If you’re anywhere near Pine Mountain, do yourself a favor and stop by Chipley’s. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

We have given this location multiple chances, but the service continues to be disappointing. This last time we went, I placed a call-in order, I waited 30 minutes past the pickup time, when I had asked them upfront how much longer, they went to the back and asked one of the girls back there who proceeded to get an attitude.
This same girl is consistently disrespectful to both customers and coworkers. I’ve personally witnessed her speaking rudely to other staff members, and she has had an attitude with me when I’ve politely pointed out mistakes with my order. I think I’ve heard another staff member call her Rihanna. She’s a young black girl in her mid 20s. She needs a HUGE attitude adjustment if she wants to continue to work in customer service.
From here on out if we come in and see her, we will walk out IMMEDIATELY!!!
If someone is unhappy in their position, that shouldn’t translate into poor service for paying customers. I hope management addresses the professionalism issues at this location.

Great local “hole in the wall” type place. A varied menu leaning to mostly fried choices. I had the 2 piece catfish filet combo ( fries, slaw and hush puppies ), done just right. Slaw was excellent – sweet with just a hint of dill pickle. My wife enjoyed 2 grilled cheese sandwiches that she said were just fine. Definitely recommended.

Who would have thought this small little town in Pine Mountain Georgia would have such a great restaurant. The atmosphere is excellent. It’s very clean. Most people ordered their food to go but sat in at their tables to eat. Their chicken was amazing seasoned just like my Grandma’s fried chicken. The food was so fresh and amazing. Several people recommended it to me as we was passing through. they also had other foods besides chicken I believe one of them was burgers.Their chicken fingers was amazing. And extremely good.My daughter loved the batter on the chicken tenders along with the ranch dipping sauce tasted like homemade . Lemonade, and their sweet tea is to die for. their staff very polite and friendly. It seemed like all of their staff seemed to be enjoying their jobs and greeted you with a smile. And was very accommodating

Really quaint place! My catfish was hot, fresh, and well seasoned. The fries were plenty and crispy! Hubby got hot wings with potato logs (wedges), and they were really good as well!
Very steady line of people coming in, calling in orders and lining up at the drive thru. We were satisfied and full afer leaving.
A big kudoo to the fact they posted a sign to let customers know that cash and credit prices differ. Typical today and that’s fine. Another business in this town isn’t doing that and they are adding fees to the bill without telling people. Very dishonest of that other business. We’ll definitely be coming back to this one. The menu has LOTS to try!

In town for the light, and this place was next door to our hotel. Thought we’d give it a try. The staff wasn’t friendly, and we didn’t know whether to order first or sit down at a table. It took a good while to get our food even tho we were the only ones waiting for it. Chicken was good and husband like the seeasoing of the fish. We got a ton of fries. Just so you know, you order first, then they call out your number when it’s ready 😉

Although they tasted delicious. These were the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. Not just 1 drum or flat, the whole 10 piece. Would’ve been a 2*, but the taste got a 3

Real nice small town restaurant. I enjoyed the hot wings. They are the smaller ones that are crispier that the larger ones. The sauce is traditional hot wings sauce. The potato logs (wedges) and also tasty.

Everything we ordered tasted very good. I felt the prices were reasonable. Very good value for the amount of food you get.
