I am so disgusted with the bagel I received that I am giving this place a one star review. I ordered 50 munchkins, avocado toast and an everything bagel with CC. Theyre better off slapping a nike swoosh on the side of their bagels because they gave me a sneaker sole with CC. This THING, because it sure as hell is not a bagel, is a rubber brick! Theres no reason why as the only person in the drive thru and with there being no customers in line at the store, that they should be serving food like this. Silver lining, I can put this thing in a sock and use it to knock someone out or stick behind my tire while parked on a steep hill.

This new Dunkin’ Donuts along Harrison Avenue is quite clean and strategically located along the highway. It’s a convenient spot for people to use the drive-thru, grab a coffee or refresher, and then head to their destination.

The hispanic lady with glasses is a great worker! There was only one other person working and it was pretty busy, the guy was making drinks and the hispanic lady was making food, the guy was really backed up and the lady finished everything she was doing and helped the guy make the drinks. She was very hard working and very apologetic about the wait. She was great!

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst. Went there last night at 8:30 PM and for the third time I was told that there is no more espresso that they ran out. What kind of Dunkin’ Donuts runs out of espresso over and over I think they just don’t wanna make it . But all good won’t be going back there anymore.

This location is an absolute mess. The so-called drive-thru isn’t really a drive-thru — they take your order well in advance, but when you get to the window, nothing is ready. Every single time, something is either completely missing or wrong. Instead of a quick stop, they ask you to wait and then tell you to go inside to pick up the rest of your order. What’s the point of a drive-thru then?
And to top it off, the food they hand you is always cold — not even slightly warmed up. It’s like they just don’t care. Terrible service, poor organization, and cold food. Never going back.

Quality of food is fine, they’re just incredibly slow and always sold out/understocked. I spent well over 10 minutes “waiting in the parking lot.” Customer service was rude, uncommunicative, and unapologetic for not respecting people’s time. I’ll never be back here and make sure I recommend other locations.

Clean, parking lot, and service was slow. The workers seem lost (the girls taking orders and the guy at the window). She messed up both my drinks. Told the guy at the window and refused to remake my drinks. I know it’s a new dunkin and all, but I’ll stick with the one up the way from this one

Very clean area and the employees are so welcoming. This one employee, I never got his name but he has curly hair and tall, re steamed my latte because the machine formed most of my drink into foam and didn’t want to serve me a bad quality drink. Good employees are hard to find!!!!
