It pains me to do this but don’t send out coupons if you’re not going to train your staff, don’t send coupons. The coupon reads $2.49 for a medium (16 Oz.) or a (24 Oz.) iced latte which is a LARGE! The staff member is arguing with me that it’s for a medium iced latte. Make it make sense or word your coupons better!

I went for a sausage, egg and cheese in a croissant and they gave me the totally wrong order ;bacon egg and cheese in a bagel. I didn’t check the order there because when they said it loud they said the write order. Maybe they are overwhelmed and they need extra help but they have to take the time and do the job right.

This has been my go-to Dunkin’ for a while now, and I can’t praise this store highly enough.
Every single time I’ve gone through this specific drive-through, they’ve gotten my order correct, and each transaction is always easy and quick. No extra frills or forced small talk, employees are very kind and competent, I just get my order and go. You don’t even have to open my mouth to ask for a straw or napkins, they include it all for you, wish you a great day and send you off to continue your day.
No wonder this place has 4.3 stars when I check the reviews. I wish I could give it six stars.

When you going there and dobule time ask for extra cream cheese,and when you come home and start eating bagel almost with out cream cheese.That happen fwu times already. AND THEY CHARGE EXTRA ….Looks like I have to change place.
