I’ve actually always had a good experience here but the last 2 times, have not been so great. About 30 days ago, I orderd and got all the way home, which is almost to Kaufman, and my order was wrong. I called to let them know, they told me they’d put my name on the board for a free meal. Went to pick it up today. Once again got all the way home, and that order was wrong as well. Come on guys, get it together. It wasn’t even a complicated order, it’s supposed to be 7 piece tender with okra. The first time I only got 4 pieces, today I got 6 pieces but corn fritters instead of okra.

The food we received tasted good. But the service isn’t very good. And this wasn’t a first time for bad service. Part of the order was wrong and they said it would take another 12 minutes to fix it. Then to top it off, they shorted my son one of his chicken tenders. If they do the job right the first time, no one would have to wait, go back, or be shorted. The food is priced a little too high. Definitely too pricey for the service received.

Almost every single time I go food is missing or the chicken is extremely overcooked or extremely undercooked. Spent almost $40 tonight and was missing food was stuck waiting a while.. while the food I already received was getting cold. It’s always the same man. I have lived on this lakea total of11 years I have been to chicken express a few time buttons is the last time without a doubt ordered 2 legs and 2 breast bragging how bbbig the breast were an I don’t eat the skin so I. Tore of a piece an the oder made me actually get sick the aroma coming from that piece of chicken smelt like it had been laying the counter for a couple days before deciding to cook it all im getting at is that will kill someone one day but I’ll pray that they’ll change their grease an put the coolers on a proper temperature ..
