Don’t know if my last review went through but wanted to say as a prev Dunkin manager and managers of many fast food places, unacceptable to make a customer wait to place an order while finishing your text message on top of just being blah about your job. She should go! On the otherhand the manager is great always fast, polite and gets my coffee right!

This Dunkin location has very fast service, longest wait bieng about 6 minutes. Employees are very polite and patient. I go there pretty regularly so they definitely know who I am. Their food is the absolute best (like in any dunkin location). I definitely recommend this place for those living or driving past Wilton.

I am giving my local Dunkin’ Donuts a 5 star rating. The shop is always very clean, the employees are polite and friendly and the food is prepared hot, fresh, quickly and as ordered. This is also a newly renovated location, so you can enjoy the news while waiting for a friend in their coffee lounge area. Good job guys and gals! I give you a thumbs up!

Was in around noon, and my goodness! The workers do not get paid nearly enough for the amount of work they out in. Even when the orders are piling up, and customers are becoming rude due to impatience, they bust through and care about every drink they put out. Be patient if you have to wait for a drink, staffing is limited but the kindness and dedication is abundant

This Dunkin is good. Our order was correct and properly prepared. It came quickly. Thumbs up.
Finding it is challenging. The shopping center it’s in has uniform green signs for everyone. We missed it even with the GPS. I was expecting Dunkin colors. The parking lot is also a bit tricky and had lots of action and the spaces are tight.
But the food,coffee,and service were very good.

As far as Dunkin Donuts locations are concerned this one is above average. If you have time to sit and enjoy your coffee there is a large screen TV and several comfortable couches to sit at along with their regular dining tables. The service is generally fast and friendly. The tables are wiped down often and the floors are kept extremely clean, the bathroom is well-maintained and you can tell they look after it often. With the exception of their morning rush the dining area is just about spotless.
