Worst ever DD.The person at the counter is not even ready to answer the customers, not even patient to hear what we are asking.I ordered 4 donuts, which he just threw into a bag and handed over.He isn’t wearing hand gloves.No minimum greeting or handing bill to the customer.He is on his phone not even caring what we are asking for.Worst experience.Its better to close this place rather serving people like this.

I ordered the simple Large Iced coffee with less ice. The cashier couldn’t understand what meant “less ice”after I repeated it six times. Also, charged me an extra one dollar for water and tried to return me with a donut… hello? As a multilingual, I would understand all of the above language issues, but I really can’t understand this coffee that tastes like water, look at the light brown! If you need coffee to refresh, I highly recommend going to the freezer to get the monster. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANNA DRIVE SAFE

Hello Travellers. You will find decent food and service but the Route 15 Merritt Parkway southbound travel plaza in Greenwich is busy during peak travel season. Queues for restrooms and parking along access road before 12 noon. It might help if CDOT posted signs farther north on 15 encouraging southbound travellers to stop at the Fairfield or New Canaan plazas. Here, before midday on Sat, the service plaza is overcrowded with long distance travellers. There appears to be sufficient space within the plaza building to enlarge the restrooms – looks like a key bottleneck in the system.

The absolute worse DD location ever. I have given them chance after chance, hoping that it was just one person that perhaps was having a bad day, but they are all like that. It’s like all the employees there are just miserable working there… unfriendly and seem mad to be making your coffee and/or bagel.

Horrible! Will not go there again! Taking my service somewhere else. I purchased like 6 donuts and they were all wet and five in a paper bag which made a huge mess. No napkins, burnt crossaint and all my beverages were given for me to hold without the tray and when I asked for it the girl said she was the only on there because her coworker went to lunch! At 10am??

i ordered an iced matcha latte, i’m lactose intolerant and while i was ordering i was about to ask him if he could use oat milk instead, but before i could finish my sentence he said give me one second in a rude attitude and started making my drink. when i said i needed this to be with oatmilk he goes you didn’t specify when he didn’t even let my finish my sentence and proceed to blame me and said it was my fault. this is unprofessional, he is so rude. you should fire this guy if hes lazy to work. before i even ordered he comes to the counter and says can I help you really disrespectfully. i also witnessed him yelling at another customer “give me a second” cutting them off before they could finish their sentence.
