Was craving some waffles and chicken this was the only option around me at the time so I decided to give it a try.
– The place was very busy with a lot customers flocking in and out.
– The setting of the store was very casual (most people just take out). The environment was very near as well!
– Customer service was very warm and friendly. However, I must say they can work better on timing. (I was told that my food will take 15mins to make but ended up spending 30 mins)
– However I guess the wait was worth it (social media took my attention from the wait), food was good!!

I called for delivery i asked the girl on the phone how long will take she said 30 minutes i was waiting for 67 minutes 1 hour and 7 minutes then the send me this fries im not sure what oil or how the make it but i can tell you this is the worst fries ever ever had in my life and my chicken burgers the letters it was very munchie I don’t know if the fried the letters too and the phone Lady she have a very bad attitude she shouldn’t answer the phone and deal with customers

This was a wonderful experience! I recommend the fried chicken and the French toast. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was wonderful. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had in New Jersey. The ingredients and food was nothing super fancy, but you could tell that it’s made with love. They also have an awesome hot tea selection! It’s not too big inside, and the set up is a bit like a Subway or Quizno’s shop. I will

Wow! Can’t say enough about how delicious the food is. Every single thing I ordered was phenomenal; fried chicken, waffles, ribs, mac & cheese, wings. Please do yourself a favor and do not skip dessert! The peach cobbler & carrots cake are scrumptious.

Really, the BEST chicken place ive been to, and ive been to a lot in NJ! The staff are so friendly and kind, and the place itself is beautiful. Its clean and calm. The chicken is the best chicken in new jersey, probably in the whole country! Eating it right now as i speak. Excellent service and quality. Would give 10/5 stars if i could!!

Customer Service is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The woman does NOT have to talk to the customers with an attitude like you’re causing them a inconvenience. Her demeanor sucks even when she tries to talk nicer. Dont start the conversation being a jerk and try to be a little bit nicer towards the end. 4 stars for the cook, he’s nice and does a good job on the chicken. -3 stars because the female needs better adequate.

Horrible customer service. The woman who takes orders over the phone is extremely rude and comes off as racist toward black people like most Muslim foreigners are. She even seems ignorant in person with her mean looks she always have on her face when taking orders. I bought a can soda (bc I needed change for the laundromat next door) and quickly tried to return it once someone gave me change for a $20 but she said that I couldn’t in the most rude, nasty way. It was literally a few seconds that I tried to return it. Who wants to pay $1 for a can soda that they don’t even drink? And, ok if that’s their policy, but it was completely uncalled for her to be so rude about it. The food is good (Chicken and waffles are good. Chicken over rice is okay/not so good) but the business owners are NASTY. I’d rather not spend my hard earned money on supporting people who are rude and ill mannered to me.

Great quality food, the customer service was great. The chicken was so good , juicy and cripsy at the same time. Definitely my new go to. I have had my girlfriend go there she is in with them too and took her friend. Repeat customer in us all.
