I waited inside at the register for about 10 minutes to make my order. No one was around not even anyone making the food. I heard a woman yelling in Spanish in the other room to staff. All 4 staff walked out 10 minutes later, without apologizing. Very unprofessional and it made me late to work.

They definitely need to train their employees better. I was standing at the front counter, and they took no fewer than two drive-through orders ahead of me. Then, they completely ignored me. When I asked them about it, they were not apologetic at all and in fact were rude.

Ordered my food through drive through and everything went okay. Got to the window and was gonna pay. Price was originally around $12, which I thought was a little ludicrous because I had ordered the $6 meal bundle thing and another medium drink. After I had scanned the code on my phone for a free medium drink (the thing you get when you sign up for the app), i was shocked to see it only go down to around $11. After I paid and got my receipt, I saw that they charged me individually for every thing included in the meal bundle, so I paid over $8 for that, and then on top of that, I didn’t get the other drink for free either. Also the drinks tasted horrible, they had a chemical taste, almost like cough syrup, and they didn’t mix my drinks at all.

I can’t understand why for the life of me that this NEW OWNER IN BETHEL CT would allow his employees to be absolutely rude to customers. Today is August 3rd @ 8:52pm. I just left the Dunkin “inside” the store because at 8:46pm I pulled into the drive way and no one answered me so I said hello. That is when the young male that was working decided to respond and say “SORRY WE ARE CLOSED”… so I went past the drive through to see who was working and it was two young males. One I see often because I come to this Dunkin at least twice daily. I decided to go inside to get something to drink from the gas station and as I walked by I politely said, “ so you guys started to close early”… that is when the young kids without the glasses proceed to mumble and be very disrespectful. Clearly he felt like like I had no right to ask about their poor customer service skills and how they will be responsible for losing a faithful customer… usually I would leave a comment but consider their disrespect and the fact that they are operating your company horribly and the fact that I am a general manager and would never allow this from my employees at all.. if you continue to let this kind of behavior slide you will lose way more than just two faithful customers… this is not the first time they have done this. They get paid till 9:00pm therefore they need to work and serve customers until then UNLESS IM WRONG AND THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BUT IT DOES STATE THAT YOUR DRIVE THRU IS OPEN TIL 9pm??????? SO WHY ARE YOU TWO MALE EMPLOYEES THAT WORKED THIS EVENING SHIFT DECIDED TO CLOSE AT 8:45pm? To my knowledge they could have closed sooner that is for you “THE OWNER” to look back at the cameras and the e wining shift report to see when they actually took their last customer. If you continue to have poorly behaved and disrespectful employees I WILL NO LONGER BE COMING TO THIS DUNKIN OR ANY OTHER DUNKIN THAT YOU HAVE BOUGHT FROM (NEWSINIE) which was the last owner….. HORRIBLE PLACE THAT COMTINUES TO GO DOWN HILL ESP WITH CUSTOMERS SERVICE..

Once again, I figured I’d update my review considering nothing has gotten better at this location… sign says close at 9pm yet this location closes at 8:35pm maybe if it was once in a while I would be more understanding however the owner really needs to understand

Had my little kiddos with me and had to place a larger order in the drive threw (I am not typically THAT PERSON who orders a larger order in drive threw). Paulo was so kind, he was thorough taking the order, friendly, personable, and took a second to say hello to the kids as the order was gathering. As far as customer service goes he is a stand out and if he doesn’t own the location- I could see him doing really well traveling and training- just saying.

I didn’t actually go to the Dunkin donuts,I just made a purchasefrom the convenience store. Dunkin is in the same site. But it looked clean, full options. I’ll be driving this route a bit often now, so I’ll go in and get photos and a full better review later this week.
Update Aug 2023: so I pulled up to get a couple coffees. I didn’t realize there’s a drive thru bc I didn’t really see any sign for it. But I drove up to the speaker and wasn’t greeted or anything. Nothing out of the ordinary these days, this generation of customer service is anything but usually! so I spoke a couple “hello”‘s but nothing. So I thought, maybe the drive thru isn’t open and maybe that’s why I saw no sign?? So I pulled up and parked and went inside. I was the only one in line so walked right up but they were quite busy. I guess with online and app orders. What I noticed immediately is the drive thru was not only open, there was like 3 people manning it! So not sure what that’s about! A lady came up to me, Carmendi or some similar name. I don’t know, but she didn’t greet me and the entire time I gave my order she never even looked at me.- head down or eyes gazing past me. I ordered a medium decaf and a small regular hot coffee, and 3 blueberry munchkins. I got the munchkins quickly. The coffees took quite a while. I’m assuming maybe the coffee wasn’t still brewing. I’m not sure. Finally I got my drinks. I think she forgot to put the equals in bc they weren’t sweet at all. I shook and everything but nothing. By then I was already gone though and not going back. Only positive, she gave me 1 extra munchkin.

The owner is great which is why it’s hard to write this.
I ordered coffee every day from this location. I ordered Uber eats and it was not a good cup. Milk was sour.
I drove to this location to get new coffee . The manager Alexandra refused to replace the coffee. She said I drank too much. Then after I asked is that how you treat a loyal client shahid then said- aha I see you ordered from Uber eats and it’s not our location. Mind you I come here every day and spend tons of money.
She found two ways not to give me that good old medium coffee for 2.50!
Yeah.
I called the shop to speak with the owner. The person said he didn’t have time to listen and hung up.
I guess right or wrong, what’s was frustrating that they didn’t care.
They found every reason not give me that whopping free cup for the loyal client.
Today they lost that client. Good job guy
