I placed an order this morning for a bagel and hash browns. I pull out and look in the bag, which had 2 donuts. I pull back through the drive-thru, don’t stop at the speaker, continue to the window and give them back the donuts. I let the guy know that I received the wrong order, no big deal… Some woman (I assume manager) looks at me and says, “move along buddy, you didn’t order!” I said uhm, I did order and received the wrong order, and she looked at me and said “no, you didn’t!” I have the receipt; I have the pending charge on my Citi credit card app… Some other woman comes to the window and says “you can go, we will refund you!”
I will be filing a complaint with corporate and reaching out to the regional manager. I will request that the time stamped video be reviewed and will file a complaint with the BBB for not receiving items I paid for.

I have been coming here everyday for 2 years straight I work nearby and this dunkin is fast and efficient. The dunkin crew is lead by the most amazing kind manager Darcy !! Everyone there makes my morning !!! Always decorates for holidays they are wicked cool! Best dunkin ever!! Hope you guys see this

Tiffany at the window is an extremely rude individual. Today isn’t the first time I was dissatisfied with her service. Today I’m waiting behind a car that is laughing/ talking and taking a long time. At this point it’s getting close to me needing to be at work. The woman has her food and is still talking to the girl at the window. Finally I honk my horn and the girl finally drives off. When I come up to the window, Tiffany hands me my food and tell me that the woman in front of me was waiting on food, that’s why it took so long. Not “I’m sorry about that” she immediately trys to justify holding up the line. This is a busy location where I’m pretty sure the minority of people are going to work and this kind of thing can cause someone to be late to work. I 100% understand customer engagement but there was a line of cars and there isn’t a reason why someone should be talking to a customer about random things for that long. Its the snappy attitude she always has that caused me to snap. I will never come here again. I’m done

Come here if you want your order made incorrectly everyday for 3 years straight, dudes can’t even cook a sandwich there and all you gotta do is put it in an oven so how’s that? coffee is disgusting per usual. wasted a lot of money here without issue until I realized I shouldn’t be wasting my money on pure laziness.

This dunkin is pretty good its at a busy intersection attached to a gas station, there’s and indoor and driver through. I always use the drive through.
To ways in and out of the parking lot , it’s a little tight for the drive through with a big vehicle although I’ve never had an issue.
Never experienced a long line and service has always been quick. There’s plenty of parking.

Well-stocked fresh items and no shortage of what I wanted however the staff was a couple of teenagers that seemed too busy talking to each other to take my order in a prompt manner. Friendly enough though and once they eventually did take my order it was done quickly correctly and without attitude.

This Dunkin specifically is great, for me anyways. Order is always correct and if not by some chance they will fix it and usually give something extra to make up.
