We paid $20 on a 14.37 order and they gave us $5 back and no change and when my buddy asked for change she said she only have 3 dimes left so he said he would take it and she rolled her eyes like we were robbing her. The fact that this happened means we weren’t the first and only ones. This store ripped people off and the employee got MAD AT THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT WANTING TO BE RIPPED OFF when we noticed.

Half way into eating my buttered croissant I found a blonde/grey hair in between the two pieces of bread… Almost threw up. It was truly disgusting. Those preparing food should be wearing hair nets or at least have their hair styled securely.

I ordered the grilled cheese with ham. I had to return the first one because they forgot the ham. The picture of the sandwich is what I received the second time…I think they forgot to grill it. It looked like they put it in a microwave. The pink strawberry coconut refresher was really good.

Updated 2024 Post: It’s been about a 6 months since I’ve last been to this location, but I just want to shoutout to the night shift people of all the times I’ve been coming back from work almost every night stopping by for some late night snacking. You guys have never messed up a single mobile order I’ve placed over the past 4 years and it kinda got to the point some of you knew me as a regular. Also shoutout to the one man that works the nightshift that randomly and correctly described my Subaru as an FB25 platform. Your ability to recognize Subaru platforms just by the look of them didn’t go unnoticed and it was appreciated.

This Dunkin has always been open 24hrs via drive-thru, however the lobby closes at 10PM.
Not sure if it’s still like this, but cleaning the espresso machines happen around 7:00PM-7:30PM meaning espresso drinks are usually unavailable during that time frame (feel free to correct me if this is incorrect).

The people that work here are always the absolute sweetest and they always make my drinks right. The ONE time they got it wrong they were so sweet about it too like no hassle no problem. Great dunkin 🙂

Screwed up my order missing stuff then I mentioned it and basically got told I was wrong that I didn’t know what I was doing by the manager. Then she saw she messed up and still gave me attitude saying I was wrong.

The brown patch on the left slice is/once was American cheese… How could you even expedite something like this? Whoever made this clearly knew they burnt the cheese beyond recognition before packaging it and handing it to me.. I also asked for extra cheese, not sure where that went? Maybe it got burnt beyond what the American cheese did and turned into dust on it’s way out of the oven lol? And of course I left a tip thinking I would be able to eat when I got home lol.

This dunkin, and the one at the apple house are the best in torrington! Employees are always kind and service is fast, coffee is fresh and the espresso drinks always taste great and no burnt flavor
