The people that is commenting on here leaving one star about its not being open is acting like some Karen’s? Either check the site for the open times or go earlier? I went by here last night when I got off from work around 7:50 pm and they was open with customers sitting in enjoying their food!! My food was so fresh and everything I ate was extremely good this the only Chipotle I had that was actually good? The other Chipotle’s in Augusta had me give up on getting anymore food from them, I tried this place and now I’m a returning customer! The team was so polite and patient with me and told me what each item was!! The GM is doing amazing will be back

I have always been a big fan of Chipotle and have gone to all the locations in Augusta (Evans, Augusta Exchange, North Augusta, and of course this one on Washington Road). This is by far my favorite location because of just how fresh the food is as well as how perfectly the food is prepared. The service is absolutely wonderful and unbeatable; all the staff here always put on a smile, especially Abigail. I have noticed from hopping Chipotles that any of the stores that Abigail is currently running are always so much better than the rest in terms of quality control. My roommate and I thank you, Abigail, for always making us want to come back to Chipotle again and again!

This is a great location! The staff & food were both amazing! Plenty of parking & not over crowded. Our food was made properly & everything was fresh. Portions were great as well. The staff we interacted with were awesome! Very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this location. It was also very clean. Plenty of seating as well. It’s one of the BEST Chipotle’s I’ve ever gone to! Thank you!

Idk if it was because we ordered online with no tip, but of all the Chipotle’s I have ever been to this one gave way less protein. Even the beans were sparse. Idk whether to just go in or just go to another Chipotle. Food was great tho.

I typically don’t have great experiences at Chipotle, but this visit completely changed my perspective. I placed an online order for my pregnant wife and myself, and when I arrived, I was informed that steak was unavailable. The associate kindly upgraded the order to carne asada, which my wife absolutely loved.
Raven went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct and even offered me a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Outstanding service — 10/10. If every restaurant had a Raven, there would never be an issue.

This is my second time visiting this chipotle and both times the food was great. First time I believe I tried the burrito but this time I tried tacos because I hardly ever seen anybody eat tacos there so I tried the tacos and low will be hold. I love the tacos. I feel like I could’ve ate six but they only give you three tacos but they were still delicious so thank you chipotle

Booked my hotel based on this Chipotle Restaurant being nearby, it was closed at 6:45 PM at night. The place appeared to be full of staff but doors locked. Completely disappointed as I had booked this hotel at least two weeks prior and everything stated this Chipotle restaurant was opened even with sponsors Google ads.
