We used to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning religiously. Lately every time we have gone, the coffee is burned!. I went back the other morning to return the two burnt coffees. I received they refilled them. Those were burned as well. I believe the bottom of the pots are perhaps burned and they keep refilling them without washing contents properly Have been going to the Plymouth Hill one instead

Spotless branch of Dunkin’ (“Dunkin’ Donuts” until recently) with drive-through. Merchandise stacked attractively. Comfortable lounge with faux fireplace and pleather armchairs. Bathroom closed off during this review due to the ‘Rona. Very friendly staff, as the cashier had the empathy to realize that through her mask and the plexiglass shield (again due to the ‘Rona), I could not properly hear her. Busy parking lot, with separate ingress and egress. Bulletin board advertising local freelancers and businesses.

They never make the coffee right .. don’t waste your money at this location .. bought breakfast and it was still cold .. the girls always on the phone or talking to each other .. I normally go 5:30am

This is the only location I prefer to go to! Even at 4am the girls are the sweetest. There was a customer before me being super rude. Yet when it was my turn, they treated me with nothing but kindness.. keep being great ladies ❤️

Inconsistent supply. When waiting in in line, employees basically ignore you. Floor and what use to be a nice lounge area is unkept. For almost $3.00 for a coffee I expect better service. Follow up 10/9/23 – At this point I plan on being disappointed going here. Ice tea and green tea must be the same thing now.

Not a great experience at all. I never really write reviews and don’t like doing 1 star ones, but this was ridiculous. Took 18 minutes to get a coffee inside. Saw 9 cars go through the drive thru before I got my coffee. The girl working the counter may have been new, but 1 inept employee can be worse than being short staffed. Employers and management should be aware of poor employees and get them out of there.

Food and drinks are good. If you don’t want to use the computer to place your own order you have to wait awhile for an employee to come take your order for you. Once the order is placed the food an he’s drinks came out quickly
