Im not the type who leaves reviews, but if i could i would love to give a zero star rating. We order 3 coffees around 6 pm, all 3 coffees were horrible, the worst i’ve had. I send a friend of mine to get a new coffee and to give back the old ones, all they did was add more cream into the same coffee. Then we bring the coffee back again together and the worker was extremely rude and yelling at us, there was no rush, there was no line not even one other customer just my friend and I, so i want to know what kind of customer service that is, and why they seem untrained when it comes to customer satisfaction. I dont care about the money, its about the way it was handled. Things go wrong I completely understand that, but the service we had received was unprofessional and not food safe. We have pictures as well.

I had an oatmilk espresso a few days ago and the milk was rotten and made me terribly sick. Will NOT be going back and I do not recommend it to anyone else if you value your stomach. I come to this location every so often, typically in the morning. Whenever I come by the drive thru, the wait is exceptionally long. While waiting in line, I can hear the man at the window cackling with other customers for 5 minutes per customer. It’s getting ridiculous! To the point where I don’t think I can visit this location any longer, which is beyond a shame since I live right next door. The unprofessional behavior of the employee at the window is frankly baffling. While I appreciate friendly service, holding up the entire line for extended personal conversations is unacceptable. It creates a negative experience for everyone else. This excessive wait time consistently throws off my schedule and makes it impossible to grab a quick coffee before work or other commitments. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck in a drive-thru line for so long due to unnecessary chatting. I’m genuinely disappointed that I’m being forced to consider other coffee options. Living so close, this location should be my go-to, but the consistently slow and unprofessional service makes it impossible to justify. I hope management addresses this issue before they lose more customers.

I went there tonight at 6:15. And order to tea, it was a large tea with milk 5 sugars, 2 tea bags. I gave them a 10. They gave me my change. I left, I went back because they made my tea wrong. And the girl attacked me screaming at me telling me that she needed a receipt, which they never gave me receipt. I just asked if she could remake it. And she was screaming at me, said i did go there ,she would not give me her name.So I could talk to the manager in the morning, and I’d go there.Every single day twice a day. We come here every weekend Saturday and Sunday and while the coffee is really good but the service sucks and its not getting any better for example my partner and I waited at the register for almost 10 minutes before we got any attention mind you there are 9 employees just walking around aimlessly doing nothing but checking there phones every 2 seconds.. this crap is getting crazy

Ordered a caramel ice Macchiato and received just a Macchiato, I didn’t have time to wait until they made another one for me, so I went on to work. I took about 5 sips, and my coffee was finished. All I saw was a cup filled with ice. Can’t believe this is what Dunkin is doing now to save, but charging customers more.

I don’t know what to say, the lobby wasn’t open yet and I have to be at work before they open. We don’t have Dunkin’ in my area, so I pulled up to the drive-thru and I asked for her help to make me a coffee. I couldn’t have made this coffee better myself. It was like she knew exactly what I meant by semi-sweet and smooth and creamy!.. I’m not used to bright shiny people at 5:00 a.m., most of the time there is tired as I am and they’re ready to just get it together and go! These folks are awesome!!
