I was staying at the TA next door. Walked over to Dunkin and there was a long line of cars in drive thru. Because of the pandemic, you couldn’t eat inside. There were two gentlemen outside doing something with the landscaping. One of them told me inside is closed so I’ll have to use drive thru. I replied that my truck won’t fit through there unfortunately. The other gentleman asked me what I needed and went in and got it for me. Turns out he is one of the franchise owners. He expressed his appreciation for us truckers and gave me my coffee as an expression of gratitude. What amazing customer service! And this attitude and appreciation is what keeps me running on Dunkin! Thank you again.

This location has very fast and friendly service but can’t seem to make consistent large iced coffees. We always order macchiatos. But we have to order medium size only now. If we order large macchiatos, it’s always way to milky, like there’s no espresso.

I go to dunkin usually twice a day between 4-5 different locations. My only complaint with this location is with the owner/manager. Every time I use this location, whether I go inside or out, there are only 2 people in there working. I know filling these positions isn’t currently as easy as it once was, but this isn’t he only location I’ve seen this happening
