Had the worse experience at this location. I patiently waited an exceptionally long time for my order which I understood being they left one guy for dead making all the coffees for the whole busy location! What I did not appreciate was Elizabeth and her nasty attitude when I left talking about people have no patience and continuing on a rant with another guest! Being Ms. Elizabeth was so loud about hating her job apparently i stood in the doorway and listen and when she noticed me and waved I had enough of Elizabeth antics. Elizabeth obviously doesn’t appreciate guest patronage being she talks so much crap about her guest that without them she wouldn’t have a job! Elizabeth truly needs to find a job she likes more that has less public contact because she is absolutely horrible with the public. I truly hope someone reconsider Elizabeth employment at this establishment!

$10 of gift card funds disappeared and three staff not looking up, smiling, or greeting for a solid three minutes was enough time to regret walking in. They might as well be Drive Thru only since that’s what their sign says and that’s what they cater to 95% of the time.

This Dunkin isn’t the best. The coffee is watered down, the food is always burnt, the donuts are stale. Just beware before you come to this Dunkin. I have waited 10 minutes for a coffee then when I get it, it is completely watered down. It tastes like water with cream in it. The pipes in the bathroom flood quite a bit. Don’t come here. It’s a lot better to go else where

First thing I experienced was while at the drive thru speaker I was being rushed with a “Can I help you?” over and over again…even after I said I needed a minute please. I ordered the Cookie Butter Hot Latte and it was lukewarm and tasted awful. I literally purchased it and had to throw it away! You could tell the worker was lazy and did not care. She was too busy being on her phone. Now I’m stuck with a stomachache and no latte. This was (11/20/25 at around 1:45pm)

Terrible service. It was just me in line and 2 cars on the drive thru and it took the guy 15 min to prepare 2 iced beverages and he forgot my bagle and just left. So waited another 10 min to get that. Also the staff has no manners at all. It seems like you owe them money when you are ordering. Can’t stress enough what a terrible experience it was.

Always come in for there deals . Can’t gi wrong with a 6 dollar meal. Sometimes service is slow there but all in all they do a good job . Drive thru window is always busy . A plus is they just remodeled inside .

Once again another bad experience. I came in today for 2 everything bagels and a decaf iced coffee, I WORKED at dunkin, I know the woman doing the food put cream cheese on one bagel and took whatever was left from ONE cream cheese and put it on the other. Here I am eating a dry plain everything bagel thinking the cream cheese is somewhere on it. Not one bit of cream cheese just a sliver in the middle to make it look like it. Terrible. LAAAAAAZYYYYYY

Ladies, please get it together! You’re busy and that’s valid, but when a customer comes in to exchange the order YOU messed up, which includes an allergy, don’t talk about her so she can hear you. Yes, she had to wait an hour to bring it in for you to fix because she has 5 children to get ready for school.
Sorry yall, not sorry.
If the sticker on the side says DECAF and the bag doesn’t match, it’s not rocket science. Be blessed and just pay attention

Prob one of the worst Dunkins I have ever gone too. Writing this in the middle of waiting 30 minutes for my food. Run by actual unsupervised children that do not care in the slightest of making a coffee faster than 10 minutes a person. I see no management and as soon as you walk in its just messing around. Every single employee here for last 8 months has only 1 speed. And it’s because they do not care. Now I get that. It’s not their food and not their business so they are here for a paycheck and that’s fine. But employing personal of this level of caliber…will make your business lose customers and respect. I have gone to a lot of DD and this might actually be the worst run one yet. And just so you are tracking…..I’m STILL waiting in line…only 2 people have been served….its been 15 minutes. Actually be faster to get get the beans shipped to your house and you make the coffee yourself. Stay away.

Happened into this Dunkin this morning while down in West Haven on business. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite! Service was lightning FAST, order was correct and the ladies behind the counter were all smiles and so sweet! They all said thank you when I paid and tipped + told me goodbye as I left and wished me a great day and wonderful weekend. Other Dunkin’s should follow their lead and whoever is the manager of this location should be EXTREMELY proud of their staff & give them a big thank you for making their customers experiences positive ones just like mine this morning. I will def be back again when I’m in the area!!
