Took 15mins after I ordered on the machine for someone to call my name although the food was sitting on the other side of the counter for about 5. All the employees were loud as hell just laughing at each other but one employee took the cake… He would consistently BURP very loudly, not sure if they thought they were alone in the store but my little kid was in shock. I’m glad this isn’t my local DUNKIN and I’m glad that we will never be visiting this place ever again. Unbelievable…

The countless times they messed up my order is honestly sad, how do you not remember to cook a sausage patty, and when I would talk to the employees they just didn’t care and had AirPods in the entire time, probably the worst Dunkin in ct by far. I hope corporate takes note of this, the employees there are horrible

Every time I go there they constantly mess up the drink orders, the last time I asked to have a bit more sprinkles added since they had all melted in the time it took for them to make and get me the drink, they took the drink pretended to add more and then gave it back, very unprofessional way of doing business.
