Despite almost every other store being closed for the blizzard, Dunkin was open with a single person. When I asked if they were closing early I was told they would be open until midnight, which is when the worst of the storm is supposed to be happening. What sort of owner cares so little about the well-being of their employees that they would make these poor people come in knowing there’s a good chance they can’t leave? Service was fine and the cashier was polite and quick, which only made me feel worse for her. These people clearly don’t care about the people working for them so I find it hard to believe they care about their customers either! Will not be supporting this place the next time I come to stay.

Upmost respect here for all Dunkin workers. They always try to be the most pleasant they can be, in a world full of stresses and stressed out customers. Be generous and kind when you can. We’re all paying the same bills and trying to feed our families ☕️

my cousin and I ordered a egg and cheese on an everything bagel. the line was incredibly long but we were at the beginning of it. after we ordered we waited for 30 mins for our egg and cheese. the workers ignored us waiting although we reminded them multiple times. we could hear the workers talking amongst themselves and complaining they did not want to take our order. we could also hear them saying that there were no more everything bagels although they could have asked us if we wanted a different type of bagel, they did not tell us for another 20 mins. when we finally told them they could put it on a regular bagel, they said that all the regular bagels were frozen and we had to wait another 10 mins. we were waiting for longer than the last person in line. when they finally gave us our food after 30 mins it was burnt and they did not even apologize for the wait. the workers were rude and we ended up missing our cousins basketball game!

I visited this location for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Was not busy at 7am. Stayed at the Earth tower, so it was a bit of a walk. I would not advise it. There are closer coffee shops. The location is hidden off the concourse. It’s to the left of Fantasia. There is 3 tables and 6 seats. More of a to go location. The customer service was good. The coffee was not good. The hot dark roast which I typically order was subpar. Also ordered the hash browns and sausage, eggs, and cheese on a crossiants. Had a small hard piece in the sandwich which was unpleasant. Otherwise, taste was average and did not honor my points.

The girl she served me around 9:40 pm in aug 17 2024 so rude and she got my order wrong I asked for a milk shake end up with a iced latte she must get fired so rude no customer service at all too bad i will contact dd customer service tomorrow and make a complaint

Gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of for the rest of my trip. And prompt service and fresh coffee. Wasn’t rude like the other review says or the complaint about rolls or whatever. He actually told me where there’s a full service location nearby also. This is a limited one but they have the most important thing, decent coffee.

I had one of the most horrible experiences there. The girl working there has a serious attitude problem with the two customers before me and when I got up to the reguster it didnt get any better. She kept messing up orders arguing with people. She was yelling out profanity, I spoke to the owner of the Dunkin,the owner was nice and very apologetic. I truly hope they fire her, She was just rude and unprofessional.

Someone stole my sandwich. The guy making the sandwiches was very kind and made me one but that was 15 minutes after I ordered and I was late for things I had to do.
Now this would be 3 star worthy but they charged me 75 CENTS FOR A CUP OF WATER. Everything else was also about 15-25% more expensive than every other dunkin donuts.
And its dunkin donuts did you really expect it to be more than 3 stars in the first place?

I am regular at Mohegan never had any issue with this place, so that 3 stars for that….but, lost 2 stars is specifically last weekend (3/9 – 3/10) so clock change day there was 2 young girls (one black one looks spanish?) OMG no politeness ever, dont know how to talk to customers. They makes us felt like they are making some kind of favor to us by giving us what we want. I was there with my other 3 friends and we were about to order something but they took 10 minutes for customer ahead of us, so when they were done … she just rudely reply..i am doing something so it will take time i was like how long? and she goes 2 HOURS…..i was stunned by her response….i come from family where we own businesses and have employees too…and i was like what if i have similar kind of employees…..lol Dang….i know you guys are rich property but…oh well cant ignore customers….No WAY….

I had a free beverage coupon on my dunkin donuts app, so I decided to use it. The cashier told me I was ridiculous for using it. Excuse me?! I think it’s ridiculous that a person in customer service is that rude. Even though I’m a die hard dunks fan, I will never go back to this location.
