My sister and I just spent about 20 minutes waiting for 2 door dash orders. The person making the orders was extremely rude, they were out of many items and we had to contact the customers who ordered and get replacement items. During this the woman making the items was swearing, short tempered, argumentative and rude. But wait, it gets better, another door Dasher came in for his orders. He seemed to speak limited English but showed her his phone so she could see the order. She went downhill from there and started running her mouth about people not speaking English. REPEATEDLY!!! I started that it was incredibly rude, and then the server repeated again about non English speaking people, my sister jumped in and gave her a lecture about treating people kindly and not being rude, hateful and racist. The gentleman was grateful that we tried to defend him and not all people are like that. I am appalled and disgusted that this lady is allowed to work in public. I was forced to give one star for this to post, it should be zero stars.

Did an online order as I was in a rush. Got a couple sandwiches and drinks but found bright pink hair throughout all my sandwiches. Brought the food back in to get it fixed and the girl making the sandwiches WITH THE BRIGHT PINK HAIR was extremely sarcastic and rude saying “oh I guess I’m not allowed to have pink hair”
Make sure to check your food before you leave this location. Seriously.

They stole my money! I did a mobile order, get there and wait 20 mins before being acknowledged. Then to be told they were out of bread and could not make 3/4 of my order. I asked if it could be cancelled and they said yes, not apologetic at all. I kept checking and my money was never refunded. Corporate has been non responsive as well. Will not come here again

Literally the worst service I have ever received in my life. Multiple times I have placed my order and waited to give them “ample time” because they have complained that we “waited 2 minutes” before coming to get our order. The same woman who believes that she can speak however she wants to customers continues to be rude and speak loudly to whoever can hear her that we “don’t wait long enough”. Would you like a half hour? I get that it’s busy, but there is no reason for someone to be that awful to any person. My friend waited 5-10 minutes to pick up her order because of our last experience with the woman screaming through the window that we “only waited two minutes”. Even though at that time the line was out to the road and we waited 10 minutes in line. We will never be coming back even if it is the closest to us. We will never receive that kind of treatment simply by ordering online. Horrible.

Literally never has anything. Way under staffed. Whoever owns this location has noclue how to run a business. If this was a local coffee shop and not dunkin donuts it would have failed long ago.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and specifically requested American cheese instead of Swiss. After getting to my car, I realized they had made the sandwich incorrectly, so I politely went back inside to have it corrected. Instead of remaking the sandwich properly, Tiffany aggressively snatched it from me, peeled off the melted Swiss cheese, and replaced it with American. I watched her do this, so when she handed it back, I simply asked if she could toast it so the cheese would properly melt. She snatched it from me again and threw it in the toaster with an obvious attitude.
At that point, I told her not to worry about it, but she ignored me. She and the supposed manager then began talking about me as if I couldn’t hear them. I repeated myself, again saying not to worry about it, and that’s when Tiffany threw the sandwich at me. Completely appalled, I immediately requested a refund, which was processed, but when I asked for a number to escalate my complaint, they outright refused and told me to leave.
What’s even more concerning is that after reading other reviews, I noticed multiple people have had the same issue with these two employees. I’m not sure why they are still employed here, but their behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way.

This Dunkin is always out of everything.
Honestly one of the worst Dunkin’s. Out of:
Espresso, oat milk, caramel pretty much every time we go
This time the guy taking my order told Me to “order all my food together next time”. I’m pretty confused about this request. I should be able to order whatever I want in any order. Usually you give orders in a drive through by seat not all the drinks then all the food.
Also I got the $6 deal so how can I order all the food and all the drinks together.
Next time just thank me for my business. We are honestly never going back to this Dunkin. I hope it closes so something good can go in
