After not being awknowledged waiting at the take out microphone, regardless of if short staffed. As a customer we should have been awknowledged by any employee taking orders. “ we’ll be with you in a moment please”. instead of wait for over 5 minutes for us to say “hello?” Then having the employee tell us we we’re the ones yelling for a donut. How unprofessional and a poor experience. Other Dunkin’s locally have much better customer service and you won’t be getting mine anymore.

The staff is usually pretty attentive. Food is almost always served piping hot. (Which can’t be said for many other Dunkin’ in our area.) The cheese on my sandwich ACTUALY MELTED!!

undoubtedly the best one. i live between nyc and providence and make sure to stop here each time. always new employees as i imagine the turnover rate is quite high. sometimes its young men who are TWEAKING and other times its surly older dames. in every case, the food is nearly perfect, the decor is nearly nautical, and the vibe is nearly transcendent.

The manager (Felicia) was actually out on the floor working alongside her staff. Everyone was in their place, and doing their job efficiently.
My order came out super fast. Not only that, but the staff were really friendly.
Dunkin’ should consider themselves lucky to have Felicia as their manager.
I hope this reaches the store owner and the corporate office.

Terrible from start to finish, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and the bagels were so hard on both sandwiches you couldn’t eat them guess they don’t refresh their bagels daily, coffees were barely warm and no flavor added. Second time I’ve used this location and both times it sucked will not return here. Wish people would listen on what you order and there would be less issues and they should be trained not to use old products!!!!! Waste of time and money……

Older style Dunkin with a pay phone! Bike rack, too. Wood paneled walls and booths are some of the unusual decor. Parking lot has faded white and pink lines that seem to contradict themselves. Basically, an older store that desperately needs a remodel.

Says store closes at 8 and it’s 7:40 all the doors are locked and drive thru is taking cars. We walked here and refused service. Ran back to get a car and we’re told they’re out of all donuts and treats. Sounds like accuracy and training are necessary.

We stopped for coffee & snack 11:00 am. Usual stop used restrooms, took dogs out to go. Ordered two sml coffees, iced and hot. 10 munchkins and a donut. Five employees working, drive thru active, it took 30 min to get my sml hot coffee. My wife was patient t and asked for the coffee three times, she got hers and no, nada hot coffee was made to serve customers. I went up to counter and listened and saw everyone scurry around, nervous. I asked why is taking 30 min to get a sml hot coffee? Older woman with a mike on said we are making it. I said what? You ran out of coffee? They said yeah, I said Wow, wow wow! I repeated have no hot coffee to serve? They said yes they are making it now. I asked how did that happen? There are five employees here and a manger? I shared I read an article once about time efficiency that said if there are more than 3 cars in drive through go in it’s much faster. Apparently that’s not true here. I asked for manager and very pretty African American woman said “I am”. I repeated my wowing and said I ran a coffee shop owner actually and I would have never had this happen. She apologized again and again. But still no sml hot coffee. I waited a customer came up behind me and said I think you’re rude! I said what? She said I used to work in a D/D. I presumed. And she said I am being rude. I don’t get her reason for even speaking got me. But I ignored her and the manager said she would give my money back. I didn’t answer I merely continued to wait for it. She then said it’s training g day. I said perhaps you should hang a sign telling customers that. I asked the mgr for the store number and she said 44666 I think but when I looked it on my app that is t the store ID in my app. Just wanna say how disappointed I am in this store and my only regret was not getting my money back. A few employees applauded my exit. I needed to speak out for more than one or two reasons.

Small selection of donuts. Coffee came out as I asked. The inside is pretty dirty looking behind the counter could be better. Dirty fan blowing and AC must be broke. They have a huge unit in the middle of the store hooked up to the HVAC ducts and it’s filthy and blowing out through the filthy vents
