I know the difference in between coffee and ice tea. I asked for ice tea. I was given tons of ice and what appeared to coffee. After taking a taste, it was coffee, ice coffee. The person there, kept telling me it was ice tea not coffee. Again, it was ice coffee. I was then asked what will you like me to do? I said: I really will like ice tea. That didn’t go too far, I said I will like a refund. The person there said: I can’t refund you, I am not a manager. Thanks for taking my money

Planet Fitness the Staff is very Rude and Unwelcoming I think it would be a Good idea to retrain some of the staff that works there, not nice people you ask them a question and feels like they go around it…!!! Going in and going out someone should be greeting and saying there good boys to guess..!!

I am very unsatisfied with the drive thru service at the Coleman St store in New London, CT. They do not have my on the go order ready when I send it in to make sure that I’m not late for work. I can send it in 10 minutes before I arrive and the order isn’t ready until after I reach the window. When I get to the drive thru the person repeats the order then asked me is I want to add to my on the go order. I’m LATE TO WORK, WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT I WANT TO ADD TO MY ORDER. Then my order is not started until I get to the window. Why use the app if I could place the order in person and get it faster. The store doesn’t understand the use of the app. And that’s why I’m going to stop using the app.
