Very upset. Came through the drive thru today and orders three hashbrowns, a muffin and a donut. The hash browns were cold and looked like someone shredded them. Not just one order of them but all three orders. This is very disappointing. Almost 2 dollar per bag of hash browns just to be cold, undercooked and shredded is absolutely insane. Do better.

Every time I come here… Which isn’t often, it takes 5-10min for someone to take an order at the drive thru and there’s only ever 1 person in line, with no one inside.. slowest service.

Great during the week and even saturdays. Sundays hit or miss. Was here today and was in the drive thru for 10 minutes with 1 person in front of me. The workers didn’t seem competent and honestly this isn’t acceptable to be waiting when there is barely anyone at the store

Hot Chocolate was watery no flavor Coffee was too sweet supposed to be 1 sugar. Didn’t taste like coffee at all. Associate was new though. We threw both away.

I recently moved to the area and this location is very close to home so I swing in a couple times a week. I was pleasantly surprised by what a great morning crew they have. Every single person who’s ever been involved in taking or making my order has been bright and cheerful. Aaron, who typically runs the drive-thru window in the AM, deserves a special shout out for always being enthusiastic and engaged, even at 5:00AM. They keep the line moving quick and everything always comes out just the way I ordered it.

In the drive thru I order a single donut. I receive a paper bag. A mile down the road, we open the bag and the chocolate frosting is smeared all over the bag. The donut is upside down and absolutely no way to pick the donut up without getting totally covered in frosting. I didn’t even eat it. No napkins provided either.
Its not the biggest deal..but it goes to show some of these people are just so miserable at their jobs. Too bad they are forced to work there??????
