Overall not a bad experience, however there’s room for improvement. 1. Food took more time than expected for “fast food” . 2. Store could have been better cleaned. 3. I was offended that there was an intoxicated person at a table. NO ONE ASKED IF THEY WERE OK! Employees seemed to ignore the situation. Dunkin please do better!

I won’t come to this DD anymore, every time I go I have to wait over 8 mins or longer when I get to the window, The lady hands me my drink. After 8 mins passed by I asked the lady in the window how long for my bagel and her response was theirs 3 sandwich ahead of me. Mean while I see about 3-4 workers, the people behind me was trying to leave. I try calling the manger and voice box was full. I leave my house 20 mins early for I can be at work on time but that day I was 10 mins late. I will keep going to my favorite DD on 21 Providence Pike, Putnam, CT

I frequent this Dunkin in the area, and I honestly do not desire to go to the others in the area. What really stands out here is the service. Everyone is cheerful and welcoming, and if you find yourself having issues with this location, I think it would be a good moment to self reflect on how you treat people. If you like your Dunkins, and want a pleasant time, this is the place to go… UNLESS
