I went through drive thru. The worker as me “what do you want?” Instead of welcome to dunkin how many I assist you this a.m…she was so rude. When she gave me my bag and 2 coffees she slammed the window.. idk if it’s a bad morning…she needs to leave her outside problems outside and work on the other hand.. I was close to telling her off but ik my temperament…rather I thanked her and wished her a better day. Plus side my coffee was good and my mom enjoyed her coffee and donuts.!

This has got to be the worst Dunkin within 30 miles! They never get my food right EVER! They always forget items on top of that there is this boy there that says huh after everything you say and then when you repeat your self he can’t even remember what you said! I don’t know if the manager just hires anyone that needs a job but they all need to do better over there oh and if you need only decaf coffee don’t order it from there they just water down caffeinated coffee and give it to you I have a caffeine intolerance and that’s what they did to me this morning along with not giving me the bottled water I paid for and making my order wrong! Extreemly incompetent!!!!!!!

Walked in the door at 615 and the older woman behind the counter went “aww what the heck someone just walked through the front door”. Oh… okay good morning? The younger girl and guy were nice. But the manager was snapping at people in the drive through as well. Out of the two times I’ve been here both interactions have been rude. Coffee shop staff are some of the first people we see during the day. Our morning interactions shouldn’t be like that. Gave it 2 stars for the two people who were more pleasant. I feel bad for them they have to deal with miserable people first thing in the morning daily.

I’m doing construction pavement outside this place. Went in to just get my cup of water REFILLED and they wanted to charge me 54 cents?? He tried claiming it was the XL Cup that was as the reason for the charge but I said “can’t I just refill my Stanley cup?” And he said “no” The 3 other food establishments on Boston post rd had no problem filling my cup up especially because it ILLEGAL TO CHARGE FOR WATER!!

Don’t know when they open anymore, website says 4, employee told me today maybe 5, even she didn’t know. I was there 7 minutes before 5 and still had to leave empty-handed.

Went there again today only after 5 and the lobby was still locked. They need to be consistent on their operating hours or get employees there that want to work on time.

I’m not normally one to leave a bad review but my experience at this Dunkin was bizarre. I’m a pretty regular customer here and the service is always great, order is always correct and staff is always kind. However, today there was a worker I did not recognize and she was very unprofessional. Told me that I couldn’t scan my QR for points on the app. I tried to explain it to her but she didn’t seem friendly so I said nevermind. She rolled her eyes and was very cold afterwards. Then said “pull up and your wraps will be right out.” After that, a man came out and handed me a sandwich. I figured I’d just take it sense she had been so rude, I didn’t want to deal with it again. Well, the sandwich was ice cold and stale, had clearly been sitting out for quit some time. There was only one other person in the drive thru, they were not busy. I don’t know how they could have mixed up the order with no one else there and the food clearly wasn’t fresh. And the girl knew I had ordered wraps, she specifically said to pull up for them. Very strange

I love this location it’s close to a laundry mat and other places you can walk to. The service is amazing I haven’t had any constant issues with my orders there always made how they should be. The food is just as good when I have ordered from that location.

Went through drive through this morning ordered 6.00 breakfest meal came to 6.44 I gave a 20.00 got 12.55 back jipped me 1.01 if they need the money that bad this is the second time I’ve been short changed back …….,

Maybe somebody is having a bad day. Different person at drive through window today, older women. Rude, doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Seemed like person in front of me was having a problem too. She should not be in a customer facing role. Get her out of there before you lose more customers

Location refused to honor free coffee on national coffee day even though the deal was advertised on Dunkin’s website and in big bright letters on the screen above the register in that specific store. Deal was with any purchase, and we also purchased a donut, apple fritter, and hot chocolate in addition to medium coffee. Young employee who took order claimed she never heard of the deal before, and we didn’t have time to call her out for lying because we were in a rush. Go to literally any other Dunkin location or one of their competitors if you want a free coffee on September 29 this year or in the future.
