I ordered 2 bagels, toasted with cream cheese—nothing too challenging. The ordered was keyed in as bagel twists. They handed me the bag with twists and I nicely said there was a mistake. The female making food told me to hang onto the twists because they had made an error. She then prepared the bagels that I ordered. When she handed me the new bag, the male behind the counter called me back when I was walking away and told me that only paid for 2 bagels and that I needed to give back the other bag. I really don’t have a problem with giving back the twists. It wasn’t what I wanted to eat. But, it was the tone he used with me – as if I was trying to get away with something. Like I was stealing from them. The error was on their side. His colleague had told me to keep the bag when I tried to return it to her—and then he treated me poorly.
It was not a good interaction and it would be good for him to check his tone when talking to costumers.
I won’t be returning there soon.

I really dont know what to rate this dunkin cause the it was almost a 15 minute just to get a coffee this morning which in turned made me late not to mention theyre going up on prices so I stayed in line for a $4 coffee that used to be just $3 And it wasnt like nobody was in a rush to help either, theyre bathroom doors are broken and unusable

I asked for a light and sweet iced coffee and was given milk with a splash of coffee. I asked for more coffee to be added just to be handed another cup of iced milk. The tiny cashier gave me an attitude and I just threw the iced coffee away. I rather lose the money than go through that again

Today must be smile day as well, as national donut day. I came in to apply for a job but they informed me that other locations were hiring. As I sat to apply after receiving my butter pecan iced coffee and complimentary butternut donut, with a smile, great attitude, and observed customers leaving with smiles as well, as I enjoyed sitting down in the booth to enjoy my breakfast and applications. I’d definitely come back to this location. The ladies were outstandingly fabulous.

Came to this location ordered on Saturday, after MED – Decaffeinated W/ ONE CREAM & 2 Carmel Swirl & No Sugar. Get me a Medium Vanilla coffee with cream and 4 sugar. Double chocolate donuts. Donut was missed. Next day I come to pick up my missed paid for donut and the girl at the drive thru says unable to give donut without a receipt. I was not given a receipt. But the staff has no power to make a proper customer service decision on a donut??? Ok!!! Girl says come back next Saturday when the person that was working will be back. Come back Tuesday the manager will be there. For a donut???? there is no receipt. No one is gonna drive back to a Dunkin Donut and ask for a donut something they paid for and it didn’t happen. Small and petty thinking can make you miss an easy customer service opportunity and loose a customer. Dunkin’ Donuts is only as big as their repeat customer. Ijs!!!

Ok so let me tell u about this D&D. I love the early am staff. They’re always on point with ANY beverage I order. The coffee and drinks are always made right the 1st time. The staff always are friendly and prompt. Come here to this D&D for a good donut and beverage experience. The dine in area is always clean and kept

I orders through door dash and I get my items just for there to be no donuts inside the bags, you gave me 2 bags just for me to be missing items in it.
