I can’t rank the food because I stood in front of the manager who was on a live stream holding her phone looked like she hadn’t taken a shower in days walked past me multiple times I just wanted to order a drink and go. I stood waiting with no one else in line for five minutes and was completely ignored

Angie is the best! She makes my frozen coffees better than any other location. I basically stop daily so I know a good drink from bad one. I’ll go out of my way to stop at this location. Angie is a great employee!!!

The coffee and food comes out fine, so there’s the one star. The big old lady that manages the place is one of the most miserable people I have ever come across in my 30 years of living, and every time I go there it’s a miserable experience. She really should not be in customer service. It’s a shame really that people have to deal with her negative self and her attitude every time they want a decent coffee in east Windsor. I feel bad for all the other employees too because they’re all wicked nice.

Met a horrible old woman, who is about 70+ and very very rude.
Possibly irritated that she has to serve and most likely not trained in diversity
Lukewarm coffee and cold donuts which tasted awful possibly due to poor behavior
You may want to stay away from this Dunkin’ store if you do not like rude servers

Absolutely adore my girls at this location. Most of them go above and beyond and ensure that I feel like a valued customer. It goes a really long way and makes me want to come back. Definitely one of, if not, thee best Dunkin’s on this end of town.
And for everyone complaining about Judy (I think that’s her name)… that’s literally just Judy. She’s not actively mean or nasty. She just isn’t happy and chipper like the other workers but she doesn’t really owe that to anyone?

I have been going to Dunkin for 20 years. I was going to make a change to a closer more convenient location. I arrived at the Nobel Dunkin at approximately 8:12 Am. Drive thru was empty and I ordered my coffee as normal. Pull up to the window to a scowl and attitude from the person at the window. I was my normal polite self. My kindness was met with a nasty look and comments from another associate leaning against the window. Disappointed at the service as it was non existent. Will not return and will make sure I post it on social media! Podcast and all!!!
