This is our go-to Dunkin since we moved to EW in 2017. Friendly staff, good service, tasty baked goods and the coffee is consistently fresh brewed each time we visit. They finished up their Christmas Toy drive this week and are helping to support our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) as well. I want to thank them for always being good neighbors to us in East Windsor!

I never think to review chains like this, but this staff deserves it! Every time I’ve ever been they’re so enthusiastic and nice. Love to stop at this Dunkin’ on my way to the highway. They’ve also always got nice, smooth tasting coffee, and their bagels always seem to be fresher than the other Dunkin’s in the area.

Great little coffee shop with dounuts and sandwiches. Nice building lots of room and spots to sit. The staff was friendly providing excellent customer service. The only thing I found kind of odd is the lady asked me if I really need another double shot in my Americano. Yes I know what I like thank you.

Usually good on the weekend mornings. This time 6 donuts shoved into a paper bag, no wax papers, frosting donuts on the bottom and against the bag. Not the best donut arrangement. I’m not mad, just disappointed.

i would have NEVERRRRRRRRR gave this type of rating until today when i had the pleasure of coming across one of the blonde women there… I have been to this specific location quite literally like 100 times because i love the staff and my order is almost never wrong if ever, and the one time that it was, it was fixed with no problems. i pre ordered thru the app for drive thru, as always, and then sat behind someone who should have went inside for the amount of stuff they ordered like it legit took 15 minutes but i sat patiently. pull off with my “bacon avocado toast” and it has no bacon, now i swing back and the drive thru is long so im getting out of my car(which i didnt want to do in the first place which is why i pre ordered for drivethru) i go in and i just ask for a side of bacon cus my toast came without it. mind you this woman had an attitude off rip and then asks of i had it with me..?? i clearly didnt… she said she needed to see it … legit just needed a side of bacon but instead im crashing out at 8am on a sunday… her customer service is garbage compared to the rest of the staff. attatching the pics tho so she can see for herself when she reads this dunkin can afford to give me 2 pieces of bacon whether i was lying or not but it is what it is ♀️

I mean of you’ve been to one Dunks, you have been to them all. This location only had 2 employees working, so the drive through was a little sluggish. The staff were friendly, and I feel bad as I am sure they catch some attitude for the delays that are beyond their control. Inside is clean and looks like any standard Dunks.

Every morning i stop at a dunkin for breakfast. I always order the same thing, one bacon wake up wrap with one chocolate frosted donut. I do this everyday and it cost 3.07. Until i visit this store and the items cost 3.95. Almost a dollar more…
Why i asked why, and it was explained to me that it was because this is a franchise store.
So because it’s a franchise store the consumer must spend nearly 25% more?

Shoutout to the morning crew who know me by name by now! I think a couple must have left but I’ve seen the employees deliver an older woman’s coffee outside to her so she didn’t have to walk in. I usually do mobile pick up but one time it was raining and the line for the drive thru was unusually long but after I told them I was picking up in the drive thru, someone actually came out and brought it to me instead of having me wait the line. That’s great customer service you don’t see anymore! Coffee baristas deal with a lot and little gestures like that always make me smile.

I drive for a living, so I stop at a lot of Dunkins around Connecticut. This particular Dunkin has some of the friendliest, most hospitable, most professional employees I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. I hope the owners are aware of how great their team is at this location, they’re lucky to have them.
